When Tex went invisible, she darted to the rear of Blindspot then moved to his other side, and reloaded her pistol while she had the chance. She wasn't sure how soon they would catch onto her movements, and she figured she didn't have long. She transformed her arm again before firing at Blindspot's front-left side as she remained out of range of KITT's guns until he pivoted around again or transformed. She wondered why the black Mustang hadn't transformed yet. As she fired at Blindspot, she aimed the bio weapon at KITT as she turned visible again, and fired a more powerful shot.
Luckily for KITT, his electromagnic energy field WOULD in fact work on this weapon, so he still didn't have to transform, and of course, Tex hadn't been expecting it.

Cira stared at Tex's last known location as she vanished. She was at KITTs controls for the most part, now doing most of the driving since she wanted to conserve her ammunition. "Aww shit! She's got an invisibility cloak too! Oh well at least we can track her anyway." Cira's head whipped towards the bright orb of energy that was in part powered by the AI, unable to react in time. KITT had been required to act for her. "PHEW! Close call."

Blindspot was still being grappled, and had no hope of dodging. KITT's gatling barrage saved him from a direct hit, but the blast from Tex's arm caught him at an angle, shattering his left headlight and crumpling his hood to an even further degree. The drone was sent spinning, and as Tex went over the edge of the road, cloaking herself, he was finally released from her grapple.
His engine made a peculiar rattling, coughing noise, sputtering to restart itself. Blindspot was clearly dazed and unable to move while Tex reoriented herself. Her pistol shots jarred him out of his fog, though, and he reversed quickly, finally shifting out of his alt-mode. Some of his damaged plates still squealed in protest, but he was no long prevented from assuming his 'bot form. His agile mind instantly worked overtime, calculating the direction from which the bullet was fired and isolating it as Tex's possible location, but it turned out the point was moot, because he could see her now.
Blindspot then fell to one knee, a bit shakily, but readied his blaster gamely; at the same time, 866 skidded to a halt beside him. He seemed to be just as wounded as Blindspot, with streaks of Energon splashed across his torn chest-plates, but he was also just as game. He snarled, leveling his arm-blaster at Tex's form and firing immediately. Tex had done the most damage out of all of them in this encounter, but now the three mechs (and one human woman) were presenting her with a united front.
Blindspot let loose, as well, though with considerably less power and accuracy that 866. He was clearly not meant to fight.

"LEAVE THEM ALONE DAMMIT!" KITT and Cira shouted simultaneously, though KITT cut his words off at "alone", unlike Cira. Cira swiveled KITT around and accelerated madly at Tex across the short distance needing covered.
He was increasingly becoming distressed by seeing the two Decepticons damaged more so than he anticipated. This wasn't right at all, for any of them. KITT was starting to realize he liked Blindspot despite his loyalties to the Decepticons, and given the situation, he had to do his best in protecting them. And he was failing.
Should he transform and chase off Tex?
Tex managed to narrowly avoid the first blast from Blindspot, but the second shot had snagged her pretty good as she tried to clear KITT's good to make some distance again. She inwardly face palmed herself then, she knew she shouldn't have turned her back. She should have found another alternative...
Regardless, The black suited female wouldn't leave with out one more hit. She had seen KITT would do if she fired at him with the arm cannon, so she focused on the already damaged Blindsopt and 866. But as she tried to fire her pistol at 866, another round from the AA12 exploded right by her feet, causing her to flip back as the explosion caused the road to shatter. Chunks from the road flew at her suit and the heat burned into it deep. She tried to fire at Cira once as she completed her flip in irritation before turning around and trying to focus on KITT more now that the other two were slowed down. Cira felt the bullet cut off some of her hair as she ducked. Ticked, she swung KITTs nose around towards Tex, and accelerated again, trying to chase her off as she noticed some of the armor in Tex's side spark from being over powered by the blasts from the canons. "Grr...Hey KITT, if that armor has shit tons of circuits like you do, let's try frying it with an EMP blast!"
"Agreed. Initiating an EMP. I'm taking over, hold on and jump off when you can." KITT said from inside his form. Cira wouldn't argue when he said she should jump off. It was safer in this case since she wasn't exactly protected armor wise.
Normally, KITT would have just activated the EMP and be done with the task, but KITT was PEEVED. Instead, he transformed, his figure rising up from either end of his form into a mech about the same size as Blindspot with Cira on his shoulder, who began to climb down with her weapon strapped to her shoulder as he began to bolt forward.Jumping off KITT at fast speeds was no issue for Cira.
KITT charged after Tex, and Tex gave chase willingly, wanting to have her chance at testing this one out and letting the other two suffer for the mean time (yes she was that mean). Having a sense this was her objective, this increased what levels of anger KITT was currently experiencing as an AI. He leaned forward into a low bolt and plowed a punch into the earth, his bullet proof skin shattering the ground narrowly close to Tex and her motorcycle. The already damaged motorcycle from the earlier explosions and maneuvers was disregarded from both of them, for Tex had other contacts to get herself out of the area.
KITT performed a roll and slammed a left heel into the ground as Tex excelled ahead. Rising into a kneel, he then swatted at her with an arm. She turned around and actually blocked the swing head on with both arms in an x shape, and that was when KITT decided to activate the EMP wave. With some of the damaged/singed areas of the suit sparking as the blue wave of energy washed around them like an explosion, Tex fell short of KITT then and there.
((I did this because the figurative dice roll (number generator) was VERY high xD))

Cira watched with wide eyes when she saw how ticked KITT seemed when he transformed with out much warning. She had clambered down as he had delivered the first attempted strike at Tex, and landed in a rather hard but well prepared sideways roll so she didn't roll directly onto the AA12. She turned around and watched so she wouldn't miss a beat of the action. {"Wow...he's pretty ticked."}[/i][/color] Cira thought as she kept her distance but followed as they moved, which wasn't that far.
When the wave hit and she peeked around KITT to see Tex on the ground, supposedly unconscious, she spoke up: "Shall we kill 'er? I got plenty rounds left in this baby." she growled.
((Done for this round! And yes Tex IS unconscious. I'm just leaving it kinda open as to what they do with her. They can either just leave her there or decide on something else.
Remember, I only did this because EMPs WILL most definitely either A) knock her out B) fry her weapons depending on the strength of the wave. I figure most of KITTs waves are pretty powerful given what he could do with them in canon. And Tex has a lot of electrical equipment/components in herself as well as her armor, thus why I did the KO))

((Okee dokee! Sounds good to me! WOO WOO GO KITT! I really enjoyed seeing him in ass-kicking mode, heh)) The first thing that Blindspot noticed was the shout from Cira and KITT, and a bolt of shock went through him. He knew that she tolerated him, but he hadn’t expected her to be so vehement about his and 866’s defense. He heard 866 give a weak chuckle beside him, “Atta girl,” before they both resumed firing. KIIT’s protectiveness, even in the midst of this chaotic battle, stirred warmth through Blindspot’s wildly-beating Spark. He still couldn’t help but be worried about his much-sturdier companion. This armored human had better not hurt KITT. When Tex aimed for 866 once more, Blindspot actually growled, a low, angry sound, and began to move towards him, as if to block the blow. 866’s chest was one huge, gaping weak spot right now. Blindspot knew he could withstand a few hits from her pistol, but if she got another lucky shot in, she might actually pierce 866’s Spark chamber. He never got a chance to try, though, because in the next instant chaos erupted on the battlefield. Cira was firing, and Tex was firing back--Blindspot was again shocked by the lengths she was going through to defend himself and his comrade, even though Cira was also fighting for her own life at this point. Wghen the pressure was on, it seemed something about the human’s true nature showed through, and it was impressive. 866 rose, ready to dart to the side and help Cira and KITT out by flanking Tex in her new position. Blindspot, too, began to rise, sensing his comrade’s intent and ready to coordinate with it. Then everything changed. Both of them froze when they saw the smooth outline of KITT’S form began to break, and at first Blindspot feared that something had gone wrong with his nanomachines, that Tex had done something that had hurt him, and he wanted to call out to KITT, but he couldn’t shout--and the next it was obvious that a malfunction was not what was happening to KITT, and the drone hunched up, startled beyond words, beyond movement, as KITT charged towards Tex in his new form. 866 jerked, as well, and the two drones decided to hold their ground and block of Tex’s escape even as KITT engaged her directly. “Shit! I didn’t know he was--he’s Cybertronian? What the frag?”Blindspot shook his head slowly. He had no idea what to make of this. Before either of them could make another remark KITT’s blow met Tex’s crossed arms, and she held, somehow, amazingly; Blindspot and 866 tensed, ready to rush to KITT’s aid despite this new development. The EMP wave ended the fight, suddenly and violently, and the two Cybertronians shuddered as it passed through them in an icy wave. They were insulated against such an attack, but it was still not a pleasant experience. Tex finally dropped, and everyone was silent, until Cira walked up to the unconscious body and decided to take a consensus of the best course of action. “Pit,” 866 growled, “I’ll do the honors.” He straightened and began to make his way over to Tex, ready to stomp her into the ground, but Blindspot’s hand darted out and snagged his shoulder. “No,” the other drone rasped, his normally quiet voice taking on a forceful note hitherto unheard-of, “you are going to lie down. You need medical attention.” The medic had a patient, and nothing was going to stop him from treating his wounded comrade. 866 put up a weak protest, but clearly he didn’t have very much strength left, and Blindspot eventually succeeded in forcing him to lie down so that he could patch him up. He ignored his own wounds. They were apparently not enough to warrant his attention. He pulled a few small (well, small to a Cybertronian) packages out of a storage space between the plates of his back, where his trunk would be if he were in alt-mode. He moved with quick precision, with the tidy grace of an individual who has done what he was doing many, many times before, speaking in an almost abstracted manner as he spoke. “It would be wisest to take the woman into custody for information.” He leaned over the hole in 866’s chest, his first concern stemming the flow of energon. 866 hadn’t lot much yet, but Blindspot went to work clamping shut torn energon lines all the same, occasionally reaching back to coat his claws ins some sort of sealant, which he then applied to the wounds. 866 twitched. “That stings!”“You have an enormous hole in your chest,” his medic informed him irritably, “this is nothing.” He went back to work, still speaking as he did. “I would volunteer to take her, but my superiors are not as familiar with Earth organizations as yours are. You would have a better chance of determining her origin, which, at this point, would be vital to both of our factions.” He did not look to KITT as he spoke. Part of this was because he was working on his patient, and part of it was because he was feeling unexpectedly timid in the car’s--the mech’s--presence. It wasn’t as if he felt betrayed, per se, but he’d been wholly unaware that KITT could do this. That technology, that form, was Cybertronian. He felt suddenly and inexplicably awkward. What should he say to that? Should he acknowledge it at all? In the light of present circumstances, it seemed irrelevant, but he still had a lot of questions he wanted to ask. He felt like he suddenly didn’t know KITT. If this had been kept a secret, what else had? Those questions could wait. He had a patient, and the Spark-deep need to heal asserted itself in his processor again. He pulled forth a device to measure the levels of Energon in 866’s body. Medics were occasionally obliged to perform emergency interfaces on the field of battle to transfer much-needed energon to their patients. Blindspot actually had a device that would make the process quicker and more comfortable for his patient, but 866 was doing fine at the moment. He continued to do what he could to close up and dress the wound. “We will need to get back to base as soon as possible. 866’s wounds will not heal on their own.” A pause. “Mine will not, either, but they are superficial, I assure you.” They hurt like the Pit, but Blindspot knew enough about medicine to know that he was not in serious danger, even if he looked like hell. The medic’s thin plates were as badly crumpled as aluminum foil in some places. “I… it would be best if we contacted our respective superiors immediately and extracted ourselves… for the time being.” Only now did he look to KITT. His motionless face gave no expression away, but there was a caution in his bearing that hadn’t been there before. Clearly he had been wholly unaware that KITT could assume a ‘bot form at all, and was still unsure what to make of the new development.

"I understand your request. Request accepted. Cira and I will deal with this one."
Before he could even pick up Tex however, there was a burst of electricity which coursed through the black armor. It jostled the part cyborg being awake. Omalley was the first to go back online again. When he heard about being taken to this stranger's base, the need to survive kicked in.
The power surge certainly did it's job. Tex was up and bolted for her bike. It wasn't like her to run, but it was necessary to do so now. She would let them off the hook this time, at least she'd done some good damage to two out of three of them. Decent success rate for a first outing.
All though damaged, the bike still functioned though it may not cover great distances as it had before. KITT detected an outgoing radio call before he could react.
Slouching his shoulders, the AI stated irritably, "Never mind..."

Blindspot immediately tensed when Tex began to move again, and his first instinct was to put himself between her and his patient. Had he decided to make a snatch at her, he might have actually caught her, but protecting 866 was more important in his mind. The wounded drone stirred slightly, but by the time he’d pulled himself up enough to see what was happening, Tex was already roaring off.
866 snorted through his vents and waved after her. He said nothing, but his meaning was clear: Good riddance.
Blindspot relaxed a little and looked back to KITT. It was so strange, still, especially when he saw KITT’s shoulder slouching in irritation. He was so used to a companion who expressed himself subtly, without body language. So many questions… he looked down. It wasn’t the right time. He needed to take care of his duties, and in order to do that, he was going to have to do something that he really didn’t ant to do. He was going to have to ask KITT, the AI that had so valiantly defended him, defended his comrade, to leave. “KITT,” he rasped, not looking at the other, “I cannot really move 866, and it would… not be good for you to be here when our extraction team arrives.”
Now he looked up. “I’m sorry. I am… I am very grateful,” he was upset, ashamed, and in considerable amounts of pain. He didn’t know what to say to KITT. “And I...” He fell quiet again, unsure how to continue. He lowered his gaze to the ground once more.
866 gave a light chuckle from where he was lying on the ground. “I think what he’s trying to say,” he managed to force out, “is that he wants to see you again.”
Hot embarrassment shot through Blindspot, despite the situation. “Well, yes,” he babbled, “I would very much quite like to. And perhaps maybe not by accident?” Only now did he look back to KITT, somewhat tentatively, as if he genuinely feared his request would be rejected.

KITT knew that had he used his robotic form before in another encounter, their current interaction might not be so awkward. He smiled briefly and turned to face them directly now that Tex was gone. "That can certainly be arranged, I would like that as well, now that I feel you can be trusted. We'll split so we don't cause you two unnecessary trouble with your superiors. " KITT replied, folding back into his default form and opening the door for Cira. "I believe after such an encounter our investigation is over, we ought to report to our own superiors soon. I'm curious to see if they got any new news as well."

Blindspot was surprised by how much the simple nod and smile made his irregularly-beating Spark thud in his chest. He faced an unpleasant fate when he returned home--he was going to have to be temporarily shut down for repairs, and would likely be berated for allowing both himself and his comrade to be damaged, but he didn’t really mind, because KITT wanted to see him again.
He was too mentally and physically exhausted to examine that feeling closely. He simply nodded. “I… the internet! Is there a means I can contact you through the humans’ internet to arrange a meeting? I do not know how long it will take me to be repaired. 866 will definitely need to be tended to first,” he added, looking to his companion.
866 attempted to silently wave him off, but Blindspot primly reminded him not to question the field medic. “It will not likely be until near the turn of the year, though.”

"You could contact me through Cira's phone or email, or you can relay a text based message to either of over the private communications system I'm sure." KITT replied. Cira nodded vigorously. He sent the number for Cira's phone and email to Blindspot in the form of a text so he'd know how to recognize the three methods. "Liason is mah main job with NEST, so I'll definitely get any attempts of initial communication from ya." she assured Blindspot. "And I trust ya wont' send any malware or viruses to mah phone or computer." she added with a chuckle as she leaned out the window, looking back at them.
"Hopefully your repairs go smoothly, you two. Good luck." KITT added, before rolling forward slowly.

Blindspot nodded. He certainly wouldn’t do anything to betray the tentative trust they had established. “Cira--before you go--thank you. You were very brave, defending my ally, and myself, today.” He nodded to her. It was the first respectful thing he had really ever done for Cira--for any human, maybe, but he wanted to make sure that it was done. He would never forget the sound of her raised, angry voice, crying out on his behalf. “See you soon, hopefully,” he rasped softly as KITT began to roll backwards.
“Yeah, later!” 866 raised an arm from where he was lying. “Nice meetin’ ya, sweetheart!” There was a pause. “And I meant Cira, not you, KITT! No offense.”
Blindspot gave his trademark scraping, rasping laugh. “Settle down, you.” He placed a gantle hand on 866’s shoulder and watched as KITT and Cira finally rolled away, silently wishing them luck on their investigation. Even after they were long out of sight, he stared at the empty road where they had been, full of strange feelings that he couldn’t really name. Finally, he looked back to his comrade, and pinged for pickup. “Let’s go home, 866.”
The prone drone grunted. “Ain’t no place like it.”
((I'd say that about does it? :0))

Cira couldn't help but smile at 866, appreciating his words. "No probs Blindspot, it's what I do." she turned her attention towards 866 before sticking her head back in KITT's default form. "See ya 866, was nice meetin' ya!" She laughed briefly at his additional comment assuring KITT he wasn't talking to him. She pulled her head back in and waved as the AI vehicle accelerated. KITT would have smiled if he was still in his robotic form. KITT rolled away then accelerated, transforming into Attack Mode to use Turbo Boost for gaining distance back into the nearest town. He would miss those two, and hoped he would see them again sooner than they had before, and indeed, not by chance. ((Yup! Just thought id post a shorty for a little extra closure .))
