“Both in a worse condition? I would not hurt you,” Blindspot immediately protested, “you’re just a pup!” He fell silent again, letting Rin have her say. He could see that the girl was confident, but she didn’t know what mankind was really capable of. He was willing to bet that she didn’t know about Sector 7’s imprisonment of his Lord. He wasn’t inclined to trust the humans to keep this odd girl’s best interests in mind.
In his experience, humans only cared about themselves.
Blindspot shook his head sadly at her last admonition. “I now you think that you are capable of taking on the world. You are young, and that feeling is part of being young. I, too, am young--by Cybertronian standards, at least, but I’m willing to bet that I am quite a bit older than you, or anyone you know. I can’t force you to learn anything if you are unwilling, but…” his voice trailed off, and he added, a bit softly, “well, it wouldn’t hurt.”

"I never said you would hurt me Blindspot and never did I say I could take on the world, but there are things I can handle without needing that much help." Rin said to the mech but she frowned slightly. Blindspot was only trying to help, Rin understood that and there was that part of her that did want to get his help but there was also a part of her that didn't want to see him hurt. After all Blindspot was a decepticon and a enemy to her father's faction, for all she knew he could be in trouble just for that.
"Blindspot I just don't want you getting wrongly accused of something since you and my father are on separate factions." Rin told him, looking at him with concerned eyes and came closer to where she was a foot away. Thinking this through still she tried to think of something and a light bulb seemed to go off,"Blindspot how about we work something out: when I'm not busy and not seieng my father, when I do see him, you can teach me some things. And in return I could teach you some things about Earth or we could just be friends." She suggested.

Blindspot huffed through his vents. “I hardly think I am under any danger from your so-called father, seeing as how he has very little to do with you.” Rin had explained the situation to him already, but Blindspot still couldn’t help but feel disdain for a father who didn’t keep up with his offspring… not that it was Sideswipe’s fault.
The drone held his ground as the girl approached, watching her warily. When Rin delivered her offer, Blindspot turned the notion over in his processor. “That sounds… interesting, actually. I think that might work.” It would probably be safer for the both of them if they kept a physical distance between one another. There were, of course, other means by which to communicate these days… “Hmm. That sounds… mutually beneficial. I certainly wouldn’t mind learning more about Earth. How do you propose we do this?”

"I hear he's a rather good swordsman so you might lose a limb or so if that's true. Though not that you couldn't hold your own in a fight but just in case."Rin told him managing a smile and tapped her chin when he asked how they could work out her offer. That was going to be the tough part, being able to see Blindspot without him getting in trouble or without getting his life at risk for just visiting the enemy, if she as an enemy."Well..."For a moment the techno-organic had to pause and wrack her brain.
"Well if your not having a busy day or on a break you could come to my adoptive parents' farm and we can talk there. Or I can take you to some of the places I go, it's pretty open you won't have to worry about being seen."Rin explained to him and came to Blindspot's side without much fear, if any. "I can give you my number and you can text me or give me a call if that works."She said to him.

“Er. Certainly.” Blindspot knew very well that he could not, in fact, hold his own in a fight. He could certainly dodge with the best of them, but as for actually holding his own in the middle of a fight… Then Rin was talking again, and the drone perked up. He wasn’t really supposed to leave the Decepticons’ base hat much, but… “I would not want to go to your home. Too risky for both of us.” If one of his superiors decided to check in and found with a hu--no, not a human, a… whatever this girl was, then things could end badly for both of them.
“Electronic means sounds like the best. We could start with your phone, and after you have grown to trust me, we can move to other means. That sounds like it would be safest for the best of us.” Static was creeping into his voice again.

“Sounds good to me,”Rin said with a slight smile, though she had really no idea that Blindspot wouldn’t be able to hold his own long. Yet she had not wanted to seem offensive to the drone so there seemed no harm in actually saying that, hopefully it was true. While the young techno-organic was beginning to take out her phone so to have Blindspot’s contact number, or com-link number in this case, she heard the hint of static beginning to creep into his voice which she had noticed several times while they had talked.
“Er, hey Blindspot you alright by any chance? I’ve been hearing some static in your voice and just been a little concerned about it.” She asked him, giving him a concerned look and beginning to wonder if something was wrong with his vocalizer.
