Rper: Catalyst Spark
Character type: Permanent
Name: Huntress (Real name unknown to most: Astra Solaris)
Nicknames:
Gender Identity: Femme
Approx age: Equivalent to 35, she was born pre-war. Little younger than Wheeljack
Alliance: Autobot
Function/Job: Specialized Bounty Hunter/Nocturnal Operations Specialist
Height: 25 feet (Without lower leg armor) 30 feet (With lower leg armor)
Approx mass: (Not sure, her alt mode is a concept, about 4 1/2-5 tons I would guess)
Pretender?: No
Personality: At first she seems rather cold and a bit heartless, not saying much to many, she is rather paranoid and always looking over her shoulder as well as watching the backs of those around her. She will sooner draw her weapons to protect someone else than to protect herself. Oddly calm even in situations that would cause others to panic, this causes some to at times distrust her, as she can at times be so shady even among her allies that they don’t know what to expect from her next. She is straight and to the point with most, giving only the facts and maybe a rare sarcastic remark here and there.
Though she is a good fighter she would much rather use tactic and negotiation to get the desired outcome, but if need arises, she will take down a threat with guns blazing. She knows that when facing the Decepticons she often must default to the more violent approach, though she’ll still try to avoid killing when able. She’d rather damage her enemies to the point of being unable to continue than to extinguish their spark. Though she will not show it much, she finds any loss of life as regrettable and carries the remorse of those she’s had to kill with her. She does not openly show this but those who get close to her may see the signs at times.
To those she has gotten to know she shows a much more relaxed and even joking side, but none other than a few people will ever see this side of her. At times she finds herself struggling against an internal conflict, she tries to hide this from others, even her friends, feeling as though she must carry the burden alone. She longs for the day when the war ends, though she had been a bounty hunter before the war, before the war killing a target was not as common. She also carries with her the guilt of what her sister has done, who's spark lays where Huntress's sparkling chamber should have been due to her and her sister's sparks forming in the same protoform. At times her sister, who goes by Omnibane, will get control of the body, and when she does, Huntress has more regret to deal with than her own actions.
Appearance:
She stands 25 feet when transformed without the added height of her extra leg armor, though when her extra leg armor is attached and deployed into digigrade leg structure she can stand as tall as 30 feet. Her frame is somewhere between bulky and slender, one could say her frame is comparable to Optimus‘s body build but a slightly feminine version. The inner upholstery of her alt mode (The fabric of the seats) converts into a semblance of long white hair when she is transformed, though it is made of strips of the white fabric, which reaches down to about her mid back. One highly notable feature of Huntress‘s is the cloak that drapes over her shoulders. The cloak is made up of the outer shell of her alt mode’s passenger area, which separates into sections when she transforms, however, this is not merely a cloak, in truth the cloak doubles as a wing structure, between the spans of the wing frame, which is made up of the sectionalized shell of her passenger compartment, the inner fabric from the passenger compartment’s sturdy upholstery is stretched, thus allowing her to gain lift, the massive wingspan is enough to support her weight, as well as the weight of another large Cybertronian in flight.
Her body armor is primarily dark smoke grey, not quite black but near to it. On her face is a dark smoke grey retractable visor which completely covers her optics, shielding them from bright light. She seems to have slightly ridged facial features, though this may mostly be due to the fact that her expression near never changes from a near unreadable calm. Her armor does not reflect light, it is made to absorb light to aid in avoiding detection in the dark, her cloak/wings help shield her from overheating during the day due to this as the exposed outer portion of the wings when in the cloak position block the light from reaching her frame, when outstretched, the wings also aid her cooling systems due to their structure allowing the extra heat to escape.
Alt mode: Blade Runner concept by Silvertip Design
Holoform: Garnet
Weapons:
[/li][li]Twin high powered energon pistols: These are dual triggered for a faster fire rate. She has named them Sanity and Chaos, they are her default weaponry and she often refers to them as ‘faithful companions’, some speculate they may have once been a small sentient Cybertronian but there has never been any proof of this. One thing is for certain however, her skill with them is unmatched and, for some reason, the dual triggered guns will not fire for anyone else.
[/li][li]Retribution cannon: A cannon of her own concept which she had worked with Wheeljack to develop. No one has ever seen her actually fire it, though some think that those who’ve seen her fire it never lived to see anything else, though that is only a rumor, mostly. It is a hybrid weapon, a mix of both a toned down version of Living Metal Destroying technology and Stress Fracture technology. She is extremely reserved when it comes to using that cannon, and if she pulls it out, running would be advisable. It works by adding stress on natural fracture points on a Cybertronian frame, while assaulting the metals of said frame with living metal destroying technology, it is designed to weaken the frame and fracture the weakened areas, which can hold serious implications.
[/li][li]Crimson Moon: A crescent moon blade, it holds no special properties except for being sharp as the pit. She is mostly seen using the weapon for close combat blocking though she no problem using it to attack as well.
[/li][li]Forearm mounted rotary saws/buckler shields: The rail wheels of her alt form become rotary saws upon transformation. One is attached to each forearm and sure dual purpose. They can either be deployed and used as rotary saws mounted on her forearms or, when at rest they lay flat against her forearms with the blades guarded, they can be used like buckler shields to deflect physical blows when at rest and even deflect physical ammo if it is not too powerful.
Abilities: Near silent flight (Due to how her wings are made)
Strengths:She has great aim with her guns and the skill of a well seasoned fighter. Like her sister, she is pretty good with close combat, though she tends to avoid it in favor of her guns. She has enhanced night vision and area sensors, which come in handy at night and in low visibility situations, which she uses to her advantage. She is essentially a nocturnal operations specialist, though she can fight in daylight, at night she is a force to be reckoned with. Her armor is also light absorbing, to reduce reflection and detectability in low light conditions, allowing her to blend in with the night.
Weaknesses: Her enhanced night vision is a double edged sword, the must use a visor to shield her optics in the daylight, without that visor she is, for lack of a better term, blind in brighter light. Though her dark armor’s light absorption is useful for more nocturnal missions and low light conditions, in the day she must be careful. Though her cloak/wings can block out the sun and aid in cooling when she has them, if she is forced to fight without transforming her cloak/wings section, aka the passenger section, she is without that protection from the sunlight, though this may seem to be a non-issue, for her it can be rather serious. Without the wings/cloak section her dark armor absorbs not only the much higher levels of light during the day, but due to this will cause her to overheat rather easy and put extra strain on her cooling systems. Her constant internal battle against Omnibane can also cause many, many issues.
Family: Sister: Omnibane (Whom she shares the body with)
History: Huntress was raised by a pretty decent family, all seemed to be going well for her, though she was always aware of the second spark within her body, it had never caused any issues and was thought to be dormant for the longest time. She had been studying advanced engineering under Wheeljack in her younger adult life, though that was when disaster struck. The once dormant spark she shared her body with awakened in a violent rage, breaking a deep recharge as the body began to move without Huntress, at the time known as Astra, being the once controlling it. A voice was heard from that second spark then, a voice full of anger, hate and a thirst for energon. Much to Astra's horror her body, under control of this other spark, slaughtered her family, leaving her defenseless to help them but able to see and hear it all.
After the deed was done Huntress attempted to cut the second spark out from her own body, never wishing for it to take over again, passing out from the energon loss to be found in stasis by others soon after. Since that day she has been trying to redeem herself, first by working as a bounty hunter and then, when war broke out, by fighting for the Decepticon cause, at the same time fighting against the other spark that still remains within her, trying to control it though it still has been known to take over from time to time, a personality, another being, her sister who goes by Omnibane. This has caused Huntress to try to distance herself from all but a few, in hopes that it will keep others safer.
Omnibane however, grows more and more hostile with time, her hate seething deeper, tormenting Huntress from within, trying to weaken the active spark's will and focus. She'll push the buttons to try to weakening her sister's determination for even a moment, for that is all Omnibane needs to break free and take control of the body she and her sister share. She waits for any chance, any opportunity to escape, and to her it's not a matter of luck, it's just a matter of time.

Alt form and transformation sequence information:
Huntress’s alternative form is modular, and each play a different part in her transformation as well as function when in alt mode.
Cab Section: This is her. The cab section of her alt mode is her actual body and the main part that transforms. It is always the first to show signs of transformation and she can transform with or without the other two sections being functional/activated. Though she has her actual passenger car, the hookup on the back of her alt mode can haul any standard fifth wheel trailer if needed.
Passenger car: This is the section which forms her cloak/wings when transformed. It also houses a force field generator which can protect her whole alt mode or just the trailer when detached. Her passenger car is very versatile. With the double deck configuration is can hold 105 people seated, though she could likely hold near 200 if standing room was taken into account. When converted to a single deck setup she can transport car sized Cybertronians within her passenger car, something which can be useful when an ally is injured or when someone wants to be sneaky and hitch a ride for a fly-by-night. Her passenger car can also be used to transport supplies, weaponry or even volatile items, thanks to her ability to travel by both road and rail. The force field generator in her passenger car can also offer additional protection for civilian and troop transport, as she can transform without transforming her cloak/wing section, which is the passenger car, thus allowing her to defend whoever is within the passenger section which it itself offers additional protection from attacks.
Rear wheel section: This section houses her weaponry and can, like the rest of her, be transformed independently. All the components for her twin pistils, Retribution cannon and the Crimson Moon are within these rear section. This section also provides the additional armor for her legs, without it she stands plantigrade, when this section is transformed it forms the digigrade addition to her lower legs which gives her up to 5 feet extra height and more leverage to achieve greater jump distance and height.
Multi-functional alternative form:
She can drive over the roads and bare terrain just as any vehicle can, but the Blade Runner is also a multi-function vehicle and can travel by train track just as easily without needing to contend with traffic, which can greatly reduce long distance travel times, it’s also useful to not have to worry about speed limits.
Going from road to track is as simple as driving onto the rails and deploying her rail wheels. The traction from her normal tires against the tracks are what propels her forward, and being on rails certainly makes it a much smoother journey. She can move just as fast on rail as on road, without the need to stop as she would if contending with traffic. Of course she must keep track of railway traffic but that is easy enough to do via the railway global positioning system which is in her alt mode.
The pivoting cab of her alt mode’s truck section also gives her a very tight turning radius, one the outdoes most vehicles her size, this is exactly the reason she downloaded schematics for a concept vehicle instead of just finding what she could once she landed. Functionality is important to her when choosing an alt mode.
