Cira is quite the unique woman.
She’s rough, tough, motivated, a bit sarcastic, and self-sufficient. Cira is a tomboy and outspoken, she will try to speak her mind even if it means questioning authority. Cira is also very energetic and trigger happy. Her energy rarely fades unless she works many long days with little sleep consecutively. Highly dedicated to her job, she has a very serious side and when things go wrong, she’s not afraid to express her frustration but never in such a way that she risks harming others. That brings me to a second point. Don’t tick off the Trunk Monkey. She’s bunches of lovable, endless fun, but if you pick on her, talk smack about her and her friends and whatnot, there will be consequences for shit pulled-with vengeance. Cira may joke about her squirrely wrath but at some point, the joke’s gonna be over!
Cira absolutely loves any of the following: Parkour, dancing, martial arts, GUNS, vehicles, racing, the Autobots, and FOOD! Don’t mess with Cira and a good meal! But above all the things listed, she loves her people – that includes anyone she works with. With the dedication comes devotion to those she's close to. If you show her a little honesty and respect, she’ll return the favor. Cira may be independent, but she’s got a protective side built into her as well. When Cira cares for someone, it shows over time. She is a bit violent given her trigger happy nature, so she doesn’t exactly have a sick mind, just a sick sense of humor. Cira also may come off as immature to some despite her age, and may seem to have ADHD at times. Caffiene will generally relax her, and a soda will make her bouncy, while calm at other times. Cira is very agile, other than her craftiness with guns (particularly light weaponry), agility is her trump card. She is very maneuverable on her feet despite being pretty short. She’s got strong arms and legs and knows how to use them in a dance off or fight. Cira knows a wide array of dance and adds it to her fighting style where she sees the opportunity to use it to give herself an edge in battle. Where she lacks in brute strength, she makes up for agility and raw endurance.
Professionally, Cira is a very skilled civilian pilot, and were it not for being KITT’s driver, she would have joined the military as soon as she got out of high school.
Strengths:
Cira’s agility is her key strength. She also has very good aim and has quick reaction time with shooting (think Tallahassee from Zombieland). Cira always carries two pistols on her that she got as soon as she was old enough to carry weapons – they were gifts from Mike and Sarah.
Weaknesses:
All though Cira is very agile and quick on her feet, her key weakness is that sometimes she pushes herself. This will occasionally put her at risk as well as KITT, and sometimes whatever helicopter she’s flying. She tries to be cautious in the air, because she knows it’s a totally different environment. With KITT though, she likes to have fun, putting him to the test since she’s got some racing skills under her belt because of him and Mike. She’s not exactly reckless, but she does tend to push herself when it comes to Parkour-she has a lot of old scars and broken her stronger leg from accidents in Parkour in the past.
Cira’s pride is also one of her weaknesses in her personality. All though she likes to think she has a lot of good qualities, sometimes she takes things too seriously. Sometimes she doesn’t like to admit she is struggling in rough times and has a little more trouble opening up to others when she’s depressed or stressed. Another weakness of hers is her ADD. Sometimes it may seem like she’s overly hyperactive, and this hyperactivity can cause her to do many things: act spontaneously, jump to conclusions, and sometimes misunderstand information or miss important signs. If she misses something along these lines, she has to make up for it later, sometimes with dangerous consequences. Of course, she isn’t perfect, so it’s going to happen from time to time, even if its just with silly little things.

Born in 2001, Cira was adopted at age 9 by the Traceur couple. By this time, they were recently married and because they were still upgrading the KITT cave after KARR’s last demise, they didn’t really have the time and interest to have a kid. Well, until they heard about an unfortunate accident caused by a reckless Decepticon with the uncanny resemblance to the new KARR, who’s alternate mode once again matched KITT’s, both vehicles are artificially intelligent with the ability of thought and both are theoretically capable of emotion. KARR is seen as the evil one since he is solely focused on self-preservation and will do anything necessary to ensure his security. Given his rough upbringing and having been abandoned by his creator, one could grow to understand why he behaves this way. Cira’s last family member, Aunt Stephanie, was killed in the accident involving KARR’s reckless driving, but Cira survived. KITT, Sarah and Mike drove out to investigate, and decided to adopt her with much convincing from Sarah.
KITT was designed with no flaws. He was created to protect humans, back before the Autobots made their presence known. Mike Traceur’s father was the original driver of KITT’s old self, known as the Knight Industries Two Thousand. His abilities and armor were significantly different, but personalities and thought processing were quite similar since they were made by the same creator. Charles Graiman sought to preserve the more striking qualities of KITT in both his personality and abilities.
For about a decade, Mike drove KITT on various missions, mostly small town stuff, but a few international issues spurred up by 2010 and thereafter as well once the Autobot and Decepticon activity began to increase. Cira’s connection comes in later. By her late teens and early 20s, Cira takes interest in many things because of her mom and dad’s influence: Parkour, Artificial Intelligence, and flying. When Cira showed dedication to her hobbies, Mike and Sarah took her in interest in flying and Parkour seriously, as well as her interest in KITT. Since they planned to have their own kid and hoped to settle a little, they had plans for their adopted daughter to ensure she had a good life (whom they quickly grew fond of). When Cira began to mature, Mike offered to train Cira to be KITT’s next driver if he hoped to get the liaison contract off his hands early. He knew she had all the abilities needed: she was fit, smart, and knew how to defend herself. KITT liked her as well, they would watch movies, talk, discuss homework, and play games. Mike and Sarah knew Mike wouldn’t have time for this job forever if he wanted to settle down and spend time with each other, so welcoming Cira into their life granted them new options. Furthermore, they supported her interests in aviation and Mike knew she considered joining the military, but decided against it when she was offered the chance to be KITTs next driver.
Originally, Mike did take the job as liaison for some time while Cira was still growing up and training after the battle in Chicago and KARR’s revival as Decepticon. Once she got flight hours knocked out as a Commercial Pilot and was fully ready to take on the job, Mike and KITT made full formal acceptance of Cira being the new driver.
Cira is excited about inheriting Mike’s job because she knows that means she has a chance to get closer to the Autobots and have a chance to get to know them even though she’s not military. This just means she can’t over-abuse her base access privileges. She is allowed clearance if situations call for it, but she usually has to be invited by an operative or an Autobot if she and KITT are to visit off-duty. This could change if she gets a guardian. All though she doesn’t think she needs one due to her independent ways, Cira eventually meets several Autobots that could make potential friends, but doesn’t see any of them as potential charges since she has KITT as a companion and “co-worker”. Cira tries her best to find interactions with the Autobots because she knows it’s good for KITT too.

Dinner time, one of Cira’s favorite times of the day! Cira was at a random Village Inn chowing down on a large chicken fried steak. It was just a typical day, doing some flight instruction and then chilling with KITT, enjoying the night life a bit. She loved her jobs, they paid well and she got her hands on some awesome tech!
Everything was normal about today, it seriously was. After making a good dent on her plate and eating most of the main course itself, Cira received a random alert from KITT via text, her phone made a quiet "bleep". She always had an earwig in one ear, even when she was flying so she could stay in touch with him. Using her phone in more densely populated places definitely made her look less weird when talking to the AI vehicle.
Her phone vibrated once. Glancing at the name on the screen, she sighed. {“While I’m eatin’ again? Really homie? Gah…”}[/i][/color] She took another bite and soon enough the phone vibrated again. Must be urgent. Swallowing her bite, she looked at her black Android and read the texts. -“I have detected very weak unidentifiable signal activity at the DC base. The nature of the signal is not known but it is definitely Autobot. I have been tracking Autobot activity since and there has been some movement within the DC base while you have been eating. There have been other signal transmissions since, signals that I am unfamiliar with.”-
It had taken her a while to get used to actually driving KITT on her own, for people always did double takes when they saw KITT’s scanner or caught sight of him in one of his transformation sequences. Hey, at least people knew about Autobots for the most part, that allowed for less surprise and less undercover work. Cira didn’t do stealth well, she preferred being able to work in plain sight where practical.
-“Do ya wanna find out what’s up? We can speed over there.”-
-“It depends on your priorities. It could be something we do not want to miss.”- As KITT was parked outside, he was trying to gain satellite access to the base so he could triangulate the signals and see what was going on, but unfortunately lots of cloud cover was in the way today.
-“Well ya know how curious I am. I can sacrifice part of dis meal for something that important. Suppose it couldn’t hurt to try and investigate.”- Cira texted back while taking one more bite in a hurry, following it up with a big swig of Dr.Pepper. -“Good, I already have clearance for a ground bridge from Ironhide.”- Cira glanced at the next message as she left a wad of cash totaling a tip and the sum of the dinner, and excused herself from the restaurant quickly.
Zipping out of the parking lot in a prompt manner, they quickly accessed the ground bridge and got a direct transfer to the base.
Emerging from the Ground Bridge Control Room, Cira hopped out of KITT and the two moved at a quick walking pace towards the medical bay.
The sound of KITT’s engine running at idle might be heard as they approached the medical bay. KITT strayed behind Cira a bit shyly. He didn’t know any of those that were in there except Ironhide somewhat, and that was only because of Cira. KITT was slow to making friends and he only was able to visit the Autobots because he worked with Mike and Cira. Cira peeked her head in cautiously. ”Uh hey guys? What’s all the commotion? Is everything okay?” for some reason she felt weird asking a bunch of huge Bots this, but that was why they were here after all, to see what the heck was going on…
