((October 5th-Autobot hanger,12:30 pm)) As he pulled up to the front gates on his motorcycle the young marine showed his ID, waiting a moment for the guard before he was free to enter the NEST base and drove his motorcycle up towards the main hanger. The place was far bigger then Trevor had expected and it seemed there were quite a few number of soldiers there already. He had put in for authorization to be transfered to a new unit after being with his first one for little over five years, a change of scenary would have been nice anyway. Of course that didn't mean he would get along well with everyone here, human or transformer. Pulling up closer to the main hanger he parked his bike for a second and removed his helmet to give the palce a look and whistled at it's size. Truly this place was fit for giants and those giants were the Transformers. How they got funding for this place though he would probably never know and really didn't care, they seemed like they were a capable place. He'd have to see for himself how this new place would go. Getting off his bike Trevor headed to park his bike near the wall and headed inside. For someone who was close to thirty he seemed quite a fit person and capable of handling his own though he was a quiet loner type and seemed to pay no one any mind, keeping to his own business while they were doing their's.

A silver custom designed car with cyan brake lights pulled up to the main complex shortly after Trevor. The doors popped open vertically and a six foot tall civilian in semi professional attire stepped out it. He appeared to be in his late thirties, maybe forties, but he was by no means old looking. Billy was lucky in that he was still able to wear a young face and despite the occasional stress of his job, he had yet to get much gray hair and wrinkles! The girls back at the SSC kept him active with video games, sparring and basket ball routinely.
For once, it felt good to be in fairly fresh air again. Though Billy had to admit, the air certainly wasn't clean around here. Then again, it was hard to find purely clean air in the US unless you were out of the cities or travelled to Alaska. Because he had never visited such a place and nor did he want to, Billy had yet to experience such things and this was part of the reason why he was indoors person. He was also a bit paranoid, but that was beside the point.
Billy was testing out a new 'product' of FLAG's. He had driven a good bit the last week or so, testing out transformations and the stealth feature of this vehicle, and he had to admit he was certainly willing to take THIS opportunity even if it took him far away from the base! Sarah had used their C130 to transfer him here, that way when he had time he could look for professional advice on the progress of this vehicle, which would be known as the G8155 Interceptor, Sarah's first design.
He replied to a text from someone back at FLAG before stretching a little. Billy hadn't really had a chance to test Interceptor's speed, perhaps he could get permission to race around with some Autobots around here, or even one of the soldiers. That's what he was hoping to do anyway. As part of FLAG and being allied with NEST, he had clearance to the base since the Interceptor was going to be working with FLAG directly as his own functioning unit.
Billy began to follow the crowd, catching sight of Trevor as he locked up Interceptor.
Looking around attentively, he approached Trevor and tapped him on the soldier. "Hey uh, been here long? Know of any Bots I might be able to talk to? Or perhaps you know of some tech specialists around here? Got a few questions..." Billy asked a bit nervously, it was obvious he hadn't been to NEST before either.

Trevor was still just giving the place a good look, judging it silently and so far thought it was an alright place. But interactions and experiences would be what made this place worth staying or tolerable as he stayed there for who knew how long since he planned to be there for a good couple years before considering transferring again or unless he was relocated by the higher ups making that decision. THough before he knew it Trevor felt a tap on his shoulder and turned curiously for a moment, looking at Billy who didn't seem that much older physically but he was definitely older then him.
"Afraid not, I just got here myself." He replied with a calm tone and could only shrug,"I couldn't even tell you where the mess hall is in this place." Tilting his head slightly Trevor just studied Billy, thinking he seemed rather nervous and more then likely from being new himself. Maybe Trevor could help him at least feel welcomed,"I'm Trevor McCumby by the way. I'm a Marine Private, first class and likely not going any higher." He said kindly offering a hand to Billy.

Captain Caliene Meredith, United States Army had just about had it with the incompetent idiots that thought that they knew better how to run NEST Operations. She stormed out of the main Hanger whipping her headset off her head and throwing it behind her at some poor lower ranked individual whilst yelling back, "LET SOMEONE ELSE DEAL WITH THAT AFT-HOLE, I AM DONE LISTENING TO MORONIC GLITCHES WHO THINK THEY KNOW BETTER!! I AM GOING TO GRAB A LARGE MUG OF COFFEE AND A BAR OF CHOCOLATE, MAYBE ONCE I'VE CALMED DOWN SOME THEN I MAY CONSIDER TALKING TO HIM."
She continued to walk away from the hanger before turning around to face the poor individual sent to follow her. "UNTIL THEN HAVE PRIME OR EVEN 'HIDE OR RED ALERT TALK TO HIM BEFORE I SAY SOMETHING I MAY OR MAYNOT REGRET!" she continued to yell whilst throwing her arms around as if to prove a point about the idiot involved.
Finished with her yelling she continued to storm off in no particular direction to find a pot of strong coffee to help calm her down, she had been back from her enforced leave of vacation for two weeks after she had returned from her side trip to Mission City and then deciding that she had seen enough of the West Coast for now she had headed on back to her home/training area in New Jersey to make sure everyting was ready for the first lot of new recruits. Pleased with the outcome of the property after the massive overhaul she had done to it, she had made her way back to the DC NEST Base, hoping to have at least some quiet before they recruits arrived, but it was not to be.
She was soo steamed up over the talk she had been having with a Govt. Official via the Video Conference in the Main Hanger, that she didn't see the two men in front of her until she bumped into one of them.
((OOC: Ok gonna let ya guys choose who she bumped into.))

((well since it's my turn, I guess Billy is the lucky one )) He nodded with understanding at Trevor. "Ah it's all right. Just got to ask around since I've never been here before either. I feel like I stick out like a sore --" Billy tried to side step as Caliene walked out of the hangar in a rush, clearly occupied with her thoughts more than where she was going. She was moving fast enough they bumped shoulders as she walked towards him and Trevor. {"Hey another operative found with out getting lost, must be my lucky day."}"Excuse me, ma'am? Do you know any tech experts around here? Sorry if I'm wasting your time, but I'm from Knight Industries Research and Development, a group from the West Coast allied with NEST..."

Caliene started when she bumped into a male member of the human species who then proceeded to ask her a couple of questions about the Base.
From the questions he asked she figured out that both him and the other man that was stood near him were a couple of the newer recruits, deciding to at least be civil (even though she really wanted to shoot something or blow something up - namely a certain Govt. Official) she answered him as best she could.
"Sorry for bumping into you, normally I'm pretty good about watching and listening to where I'm going, but I just had a rather bad video meeting with an Official Govt. Moron! As to me knowing any of the Tech Experts here, I know of one but I don't think there here just yet, so if you wander over to the Hanger I just came out of they might be able to help you out. You also mentioned Knight Industries R&D I have heard of you and some of the amazing things you have come out with over the years, am I right in assuming that the original Knight Industries Two Thousand is still running around or is it 'put to pasture' so to speak." she said as she looked the two men over, she would reserve her judgement of them until she had seen them on the shooting range and the Urban Warfare Range at her property in New Jersey. Placing newbies under those kinds of conditions, no matter their standing in NEST or it's affiliates, was an essential part of the Alliance working partnership.

Trevor looked as he heard a woman shouting, and she didn't exactly sound that happy. Though he merely listened quietly as they spoke, tilting his head a bit at the mention of Knight Industries which Billy had mentioned also. Who were these people or this organization anyway? He hadn't heard of it before and then again he rarely listened to anything about organizations. But it would seem here he'd have to be a bit more attentive then he normally was, especially considering this would be a different ball field then the marines.
Here at NEST they all came from different parts of the military like the Army,Navy, Coast Guard, and the Marines like himself. It was amazing such a place utilized all the aspects of each and were able to form the team and cooperate in such a way as a team. They had some good leaders though not all the government officials seemed to have brains. "Think you can tell me where new recruits go to sign in then miss?" He asked after a bit since it would be rude to just stand there without saying a word.

Billy smiled. "It's all right; and sort of, ma'am, that TransAm had quite the reputation! The same creator has long since built a newer model in the form of a Mustang we call the Knight Industries Three Thousand. You might see him moving about the base occasionally, the Knight Industries Three Thousand and its driver are our liaison and have been since 2010. I'm here regarding a different vehicle, a new creation of the boss's, I was hoping someone could give me their opinion on the design and its functions. We haven't activated the AI itself JUST yet but all the transformations sequences are in place, and in many ways he is different from the KITT you're thinking of. I'm hoping for some challengers, to test its maneuverability, speed and versatility. We've tested it a bit back on the West Coast, but we'd like Autobot opinions, as well as any operatives from FLAG. Heck I don't have any constraints on who helps me out, a tech would be nice for pointers on programming and such but not necessary, I just need challengers.
This car is going to be staying permanently at NEST, unlike KI3T, who is currently staying wherever his driver is for the mean time." He explained to them with a good bit of excitement in his voice. "Sorry for the mouthful there, but this is the vehicle's first day on testing grounds outside of his home state."
He hesitated a moment, wondering if they would be worth interacting with further, perhaps they could help him out with testing the vehicle and interacting with it, depending on how they reacted. "If you all aren't in a hurry, you're welcome to meet him."
Yes, he spoke of the vehicle as if it was a being. As they would soon see, the Interceptor WAS a being. He was designed to be an Autobot made by FLAG with the latest artificial intelligence programming.

As Cali listened to the excited man in front of her, she smiled, it was always a good thing to see someone who loved their job and yet wasn't afraid to ask for help from others when they needed it.
Once she was sure he was done, she laughed and added in, "Sure thing, I would love to see him. But first I will be needing your names for Security Purposes..." before looking to the other man who had asked about where to sign in at.
"...Once I have your names, then we could all go together to help you in-processed and then assign you each some quarters whilst you are here, I rather enjoy talking to the new recruits that come through here, especially once I get to take the out for testing on the Ranges. Those who pass the original testing here then get to travel with meh and a few other Senior Officers to a recent addition to the NEST Base, just not here in DC. Once ya'll pass the initial testing then ya'll find out where we would be going."
Glancing over at the muscle car from Knight Industries, she wandered closer and ran a hand gently over the cars hood before saying, "If this car is anything like KI3T then I don't think we are going to have many if any problems, especially since KI3T seems to really care about those he works with. Not to mention that he's an impressive vehicle all his own, so really this one should be no exception. Just try to not let Wheeljack near him unless ya really want him to end up exploding in a messy fireball of parts. But if ya really wanna tinker around on another vehicle in the mean time, I have a customized C4500 Pickup the needs a little looking at that I keep in one of the unused hangers."
Turning back around she continued to smile at the two men before starting to walk off and then waved a hand at them whilst adding, "Come on! I'll take ya to In-processing on the other side of the Tarmac, bit of a walk but I class it as exercise, just don't let the others know I said that.... They think ah'm weird enough as is, especially once I start cussin' out Govt. Officials I really detest in another language."

Trevor glanced outside a bit and looked at the vehicle Billy had spoken so highly of, but he had to agree it was an impressive vehicle and had no doubts it would prove to be an asset. Though he wondered who this KITT was yet didn’t inquire, just listening and getting the bits of information which he was sure sooner or later he would discover who this was, and along with who was who around here so he simply followed after Caliene. But he smiled just a bit, if only faintly, about the mention of ranges, something he always loved to test his skills or improve them. It was always a good experience and allowed some to prove their skills and show they had the guts to really throw themselves into harm’s way.
In truth Trevor would do it purposely, which it was amazing he hadn’t been court marshaled for his tendency to do just that, and in his own way instead of the orders given. It also seemed odd for a marine to also to be this quiet, someone might have expected him to be quite talkative but he was the total opposite of most people. Trevor kept to himself, minded his own business, and did what he was told on most occasions or did what he saw fit. Sometimes it was just because he didn’t agree with his commander and his last one had been a complete moron and he held no respect for. So he could agree with Caliene about the government officials who weren’t much better.
“You’ll be lucky if you have any official who has common sense, could say the same for some commanders they get these days. Most of them don’t know squat.” He said, which he hadn’t exactly talked much during the walk.

The silver molecular shell infused with the invisibility-enabled nanomachines seemed to shimmer slightly in response to Caliene's touch. One had to pay attention to it though, and not even Billy noticed it from where he was standing. Regardless, the sun made the vehicle's squeaky clean silver shell shine vibrantly.
Billy studied Caliene as she spoke, and nodded at Trevor in empathy as they spoke of Government officials they detested. Thank goodness he didn't have to deal with them much, that was usually Sarah's business. When Caliene spoke of cussing in different languages, he had to grin a little due to thinking of Zoe. Furthermore, he was curious as to who Wheeljack was now, and would certainly have to ask at a later time. On the contrary to what Cali said about him, perhaps Wheeljack would like the chance to interact with Interceptor - the Bot was essentially a kid through and through, not even a year online, and this would be his first time interacting with anyone that wasn't a human. "My name's Billy Morgan. I'll give you any other info security needs, as well as vehicle information. I appreciate your help."
He glanced at Interceptor for a moment, pondering about calling on him now. He then decided against it. "Well depending on how long all this takes, either of you are welcome to meet the vehicle -- and race me, though you may be a little outmatched." Billy laughed a little then, already having tested the vehicle's speed quite a bit, on land and in water.

Cali smirked after hearing what both Billy and Trevor had said before stating to Billy, "If ya wanna race, then the best Mech's ta talk to are Sunstreaker, his Twin Sideswipe and the Third in Command to Prime: Jazz. All three are fast, although I do know a Femme here on Base who enjoys a good race too, but she's usually busy Scouting for threats around the US, even though she is a good friend. Her name is Notitia, but everyone who knows her calls her Noti." she made sure to enunciate each name for them so that they understood how to pronounce the names correctly.
As they walked towards the correct building on Base to In-Process the pair, she waved to a few others who were walking around doing their own jobs, and the occasional flashy vehicle that past them. She was constantly paying attention to what was going on around her and was sooo deep into her perusal of the Personnel running around, that she jumped slightly when her radio crackled to life.
Responding back she smirked, "Roger that! I am currently escorting two new recruits that found themselves on the wrong side of the Base for In-Processing, will be there in a few clicks, just tell that over zealous walking Armory that I will see him on the shooting Range when he gets the chance. I need to releave some stress at a few unsuspecting targets. Over."
Listening to the response she nodded her head and double clicked the squawker feature on the radio to indicate that she understood and went back to leading the guys to the correct building, she was going to enjoy seeing what these two were capable of once they got done with the orientation.

“If your looking to let us loose on the range then we better make this sign in process quick.”Trevor remarked with a grin, all too eager to get into the ranges NEST had to offer. If it was one thing he loved it was a good work out and often a training course or shooting range offered something new or chances to show off some skills, sometimes even be a stress reliever. Glancing towards where the desk was to sign in he stepped forward to get started, not wanting to waste any more time than necessary. Though he thought of Billy’s offer just before they had gotten there and wondered if he should give it a go.
But for now Trevor decided he would try later after they were done with signing in and anything else that had to be taken care of.

"Looks like I'm gonna be sticking around a while to meet some of these Bots. When Interceptor seems comfortable I'm going to depart whenever I'm needed back home or whatever." Billy scratched the back of his head then, adding: "Unfortunately I'm not the best shooter...good in video games but I don't mess with weapons much. Interceptor though, he may want to join in...I'm sure this guy will be better competition." Billy gestured to Trevor casually.
"So what are your names?" he asked while he waited to sign in, taking the further steps needed behind the two in order to get to the office.

Turning to face Billy as he talked, which was only polite in Cali's opinion, she smiled before answering his question.
"Mah name is Caliene Meredith, Captain in the US Army. Saboteur, Linguist and Sniper. I help train the recruits that come through this place but when on missions I am the person the higher-ups turn to as on of the few who knows most languages fluently, as many have found out over the years. I've been in the Military over 10 years and mah folks are Retired Military, mah brothers are off doing other things since they didn't want to follow our folks treadmarks across the world." she said as she watched Trevor filling in his paperwork.
"Although I have been told that I can make anyone a good shot with a little bit of an Incentive, although I must admit... I prefer working with Explosives when I can, nothing more relaxing to meh than blowing slag up at mah Property in New Jersey on mah Range. When ya get the chance ask Sideswipe about meh blowing slag up there and see what he says about it. Although I do think tha' Jazz would have to say something about being a Saboteur, since that is what his job is to the 'Bots here as well as Moral Officer and Music Enthusiast." she added before she sat down in a chair nearby to wait whilst she grabbed a coffee from the ever present Coffee Thermos in the Offices.
