Rper: Jetta Windstar
Character type: Permanent
Name: G8155 Interceptor
Nicknames: Spy Hunter, ‘Ceptor, Quicksilver, and maybe some others
Gender Identity: male
Approx age: 1 since brought online – will explain
Alliance: Autobots
Function/Job: spy and occasional fighter
Height: 18 feet
Approx mass: 1.8 metric tons (similar to Sideswipe and some features plus the extra height add a little weight)
Cybertronian type: Cybertronian; well, sorta
Personality: Interceptor considers himself more or less just a well-equipped warrior than a spy, but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy sneaking around and doing shifty things under the approval of the Autobots. He takes pride in what he does and LOVES fighting. He is respectful, dedicated, determined, sarcastic, cynical, focused, empathetic, energetic and very hyper at random times, calm, alert, cheery and talkative, is often bored, resourceful, self-reliant, and a bit obsessive compulsive. He hardly ever has a temper and is quite patient, but if you hurt someone/something he cares about, pray that you'll live and stay in one piece. He’ll go into a quiet rage like the Humanoid Typhoon does.
All though very very young in Autobot years, his maturity is almost as impressive as KITT’s. His background knowledge, fighting experience and database is seemingly just as expansive. Despite being so energetic one hour, he can be completely calm and cool the next. It's almost a given that he doesn't really care about his age, most people don't even notice at first anyway. Usually, something real bad has to happen for him to snap and vocalize his anger.
Interceptor thinks/operates a lot like a blood hound or a wolf. He will track down a target until he no longer can find any sign of it. He's stubborn and doesn't like to give up. He also likes to work alone, but is actually quite a good team player. Interceptor's confidence often runs high and sometimes he'll be more likely to taunt, show off, and/or rub something in when he has a chance to provoke. Sometimes when he hasn't met his full potential in a situation, he may find excuses to get envious of others, but this is very rare. Overall, Interceptor is calm and level headed with a decent sense of humor and compassion. He loves to have fun and never seems to sit still, and often complains about being bored.
Appearance:
This bot's form is a tad bulky but reasonably flexible for mobility but allows the kind of agility Sideswipe has, while not being near as bulky as Ironhide. He's as shiny as a clean nickel and his optics are a rare, far brighter aquamarine than normal, and they glow like this constantly (like the Humanoid Typhoon for those that know who I'm referring to-and if you don’t know who that is you can google images of him). He has boosters on his back similar to the Liger Zero Jager's from Zoids. Example of the boosters when closed: i4.photobucket.com/albums/y144/blackcountach101/Zoids/LigerZeroJager.jpg
Alt modes: Interceptor was designed by Sarah Graiman (the CEO of FLAG/Knight Industries R&D) and her leading team, so he’s no ordinary mech and has many alternate modes like KITT. All of his creation history will be explained in detail in the history.

Holoform: Thor Knai – Interceptor has a pretty mature appearance despite the fact that he’s barely been online a year and acts very mature outside his occasional hyper moments.
His holoform’s eyes are an unusually brightly glowing cyan like his robotic form’s optics and he often covers them up with shades, even at night. His outfit is often what it looks like in the picture, but he does sometimes wear a trench coat with a snazzy dark blue and silver collared shirt that he likes to wear with comfortable black cargo pants and boots. He likes to wear clean and somewhat “snazzy” clothing as he calls it.
Imagine a body type that this guy has but with silver hair.
Without shades (different eye color, eyes that are much much brighter. When I say they glow I mean they have a demonic kinda glow to them)
Weapons: (copied from a game site. This weapon set up is canon to the game which he is from, Spy Hunter)
Machine Guns (pair)
Type: Forward
Pair of forward linked machine guns with nearly unlimited ammunition. A bit draining on his performance if used repeatedly, but highly effective. They're pivoting machine guns, and so if aimed high and on a slant, they can take down helicopters.
Energon Guided Swarm Missile launcher
Type: Forward
Early on, this was just a "back-up" weapon for those enemies who need a lot of bullets to destroy. As Interceptor upgraded over the years (more missile ammo), this weapon actually serves as oneof his primary weapons; he will be using them a lot more to score 80-90 percent accuracy hits on enemies rather than waste time with delivering sustained barrages of bullets. The Energon Guided Swarm Missiles do wonders when directed at an enemy, and also can be fired "not locked" on any target and it will seek out the closest enemy. All though it does not fire as rapidly as the main machine guns, its highly effective with his aim.
E.M.P.
Type: Forward
This is the dead weight of the Interceptor Mk.II since it is used only to "complete objectives". This is a lot like KITT and KARR's EMP, completely deactivating all weapons an an opponent for a variable amount of time depending on the frequency used. it can't damage the Interceptor. Is useful for those essential targets that are not on the same level as the Interceptor, otherwise, stick with something that can hurt people.
Rail Gun (the Eraser)
Type: Forward
Inspired by the Iranian's unbeatable anti-tank weapons which can destroy the heaviest armored tanks, FLAG advanced their platter charge designs and made one nasty, huge bullet. This weapon is a one time use in a fight. It packs twice the punch of Swarm Missile and can destroy tanks with one hit. The kick and mini shock wave received upon the point of impact can still ding Interceptor's armor, so he uses it when he has a good position picked out. The shot is slow compared to the Missile, but considering the power, it's only has those drawbacks. It's often used against tanks, or against bots in dire situations
The ammunition of the rail gun is designed similar to anti tank missiles-the shaped platter charges, when hit in the specific targeted area, can melt the armor from the inside out. Due to the magnitude and firepower mastered behind this powerful weapon, the damaged area expands during the explosion rapidly, and can very easily destroy the most heavily armored tanks. When charged, the round exerted by the barrel is a large green orb around the main shell of the platter charge.
Oil Slick
Type: Rear
MAINLY a defense mechanism. This is practically useless unless the target is tail-gating and makes Interceptor angry. It will cause enemies to lose control and crash on the earth.
Smokescreen
Type: Rear
Marginally better than the Oil Slick, its only saving grace is that it works over water as well. It causes enemies to stop firing momentarily while they gauge where he is.
Flamer
Type: Rear
A good deterrent to pursuit, although it has very short range. Interceptor tends to use it when racing by the target and activates it as he passes -- If given a clear target, can destroy things as bulky as tanks.
Stealth Mode
Type: Special
Stolen from the Romulan Empire or possibly the Dark Protoss, FLAG managed to create a stable warp field that can render the Interceptor's body invisible for a short amount of time, or extend the amount by using nanomachines whose job is to replicate the scenery/images of molecules around them, and time with Stealth mode can be extended greatly. Interceptor can still take damage if he runs into any explosions. Stealth mode is damn cool, and too bad it wasn't the "missing" fourth defensive weapon.
Abilities: The numerous alternate modes, Turbo Boost, and invisibility (stealth mode). The alternate modes have their usage limits of course, and Interceptor can be reckless. But as time goes on, he’ll learn and change strategies accordingly.
The weakness behind the Stealth Mode is that the nanoskin resets itself periodically and can sometimes flicker, allowing himself to be seen. And of course in bad weather and dusty environments (sometimes even harsh winds), his position can still be given away. There is no real weakness to most of his weapons and Turbo Boost, but the Turbo Boost can wear down his systems with too many hard landings, especially in mid-transformation.
Strengths: (I tweaked some of the content in strengths and weaknesses)
Versatility: Interceptor is incredibly adaptable to environments just like KITT (KITT can actually go underwater too), and it seems like nothing can slow him down. He is nimble and with the extent of his tracking system and stealth modes, he can cover multiple targets single handedly with little effort, and still have back up choices at hand in case something fails. He is both offensive and defense in fighting because of his tough form that lacks the nanoskin that KITT and KARR have, but that hardly matters to him.
Interceptor is a quick thinker and does not like to debate. He will be honest with himself and others and not hold back, as he believes that is one of the greatest weaknesses as a spy. If he lets himself become the hunted, he is no longer a true spy. His goal is to always prevent that from happening and thus his personality is shaped around that. His intense stubbornness gives him an edge in both basic leadership and fighting--hold true to what you got and never give up. He’s also very fast, able to compete with bots like Jazz. He LIKES to think he can challenge Blur…
Weaknesses:
Interceptor lacks the nanoskin that KITT and KARR have. If FLAG had found a way to install the nanoskin in his system, Interceptor might nearly be unbeatable, though he is still susceptible to being affected by stasis lock waves and the like unless he uses EMP waves to block them. The nanomachines he has are only good for invisibility purposes. They can't have two primary functions.
Also, Interceptor is a bit obsessive compulsive. All though not mentioned in the personality section, he sometimes second guesses tougher decisions and over examines things under pressure or when he is overly concerned about an issue. In extreme cases, this can definitely be a disadvantage. However, it seems around 95 percent of the time, he normally has minimal trouble overcoming these debates. If he ends up losing his grip on a situation however, it’s usually hard for him to recover and he often regrets it heavily and he never forgets – regardless of how/why he made the mistake.

History:
[Basic info on Interceptor's vehicle forms]
Interceptor is another creation from FLAG, made by the new owners of FLAG: Sarah, Mike Knight Billy, and Zoe. They considered their big group project of the decade. By 2015 he was complete, with a far more advanced robot transformation than KARR's original form. Having learned a lot from KITT, they learned an incredible amount of new technology, and their knowledge grew in learning how to make artificial intelligence. Interceptor is not bullet proof, but is capable of a hell of a lot, and was declared (by a couple other agencies as well), as the ultimate spy vehicle. The basic vehicle they created was dubbed the G-6155 Interceptor.
Each member contributed one or more ideas to creating him:
1.) Billy's idea: The new GPS tracker
*also equipped with a new generation GPS tracker launcher, this tracker
shoots button sized homing beacons that reveal the global position of targets. In less covert operations and more for direct confrontations, Interceptor mainly relies on his sophisticated detection suite to avoid unnecessary detection. Interceptor has a Spectrum Scanner (rather than a GPS tracker) that can detect otherwise invisible detection lasers (though, perhaps, not necessarily all Decepticon signals, etc).
*Interceptor's Autobot-mode's design: Interceptor's robot form is actually pretty small, barely Bumblebee's size, but matter cannot be created from scratch, only reused, so they had to use every single part they had. He does not have a scanner like KITT does. His optics are a bright aquamarine.
2.) Mike's idea:
*Interceptor has an internal self-charging turbo system that can provide a quick burst of speed, allowing them to top a little over sub-sonic speeds, which is around 200mph (basically like KITT's turbo-boost XD). Short lateral bursts of energy from the ion boosters and mini thrusters under the wheels allow Interceptor's Speedboat and Vehicle mode to have the Ski Mode that KITT has.
*Stealth Mode (described in anything else).
3.) Sarah's idea: Interceptor's voice, the Motorcycle Mode
4.) Zoe's idea: the Speed Boat and Compact/jet watercraft mode. the Jet ski mode is heavily compact, and little to no weapons can be used. Instead of pairs, Interceptor is restricted to using each weapon one at a time, and CANNOT use the Rail Gun (described in 'anything else') in the bike and jet-ski mode because of its bulk.
*All modes can use the Turbo-Boost.
Interceptor's initial goal was to contact NEST and meet with the Autobots to work as a spy. He works for them and FLAG, and is programmed with the same protocols as KITT. His armor is decent-all forms are as tough as Kitt's molecular shell, minus the nanomachines. Technically, he has the nanomachines, but they are programmed for stealth, not healing. Interceptor will eventually become pretty busy with his spy work and helping in battles or small tasks where needed, but loves to kick back every now and then, as he's a very fun loving bot that way. One can always find him zipping about in random places or in the mountains practicing maneuvers and improving his speed, or training outside. Interceptor does NOT like to sit still.
When Interceptor was ready to be brought online, Sarah chose Billy to take Interceptor to NEST and monitor his progress for a while since she couldn’t leave their home base at the SSC. She chose Billy mainly to get him out more.
After meeting Caliene and Trevor in “Transferred” with Billy, Interceptor takes a liking to Caliene and as time passes the two become guardian and charge. Having a partner will provide an interesting learning experience for the young mech and a chance to gain a close friendship. Over time, those at FLAG as well as Caliene will have a major influence on Interceptor.
