As her main form stood by, ready to depart at any moment, Firefly's holoform carefully scooped up the girl in front of her, getting a solid hold of her as she could, before turning to walk back to the scene of action. "I'm not the greatest judge of character, but as far as I know, he should be relatively behaved as long as he thinks I could hurt you. Not that I would, but he doesn't know that. Don't bet on that, though." With a gentle stride, she wasn't in a hurry to get her back - she didn't want to jolt her around, and she wasn't sure what would happen when they got there. She wasn't ready to just throw Jess at the youngling and take off, because she was concerned. The shouting conversation between the two didn't concern anything more than the volume, and that she could deal with. It wasn't long before she came into site of the situation. She hoped Jess didn't respond too poorly, but she had reason to.[/blockquote]

Jessica resisted the urge to drop her jaw at the answer. In fact, she barely managed not to let out a groan of complete and utter annoyance. Instead, she mostly tried to assist Firefly's holoform in carrying her by not struggling and tensing all the muscles she could. She was tired, she was sore, and she couldn't wait to get home at this point for a long, hot, soak in the bathtub. That was actually sounding really good.
She sighed a bit and stared at Whips. "I am unharmed, Whips. You're the one with the missing arm. Out of the two of us, shouldn't we be worried about you? And also, how are you going to transform?" she responded, resisting the urge to shout at him, again.

“Like I said, I’ve had worse. And I might be down an arm, but.” Here he paused to look to Firefly, narrowing his eyes in a glare. “I still ain’t helpless.” It was a subtle warning to the Seeker not to try anything.
A subtle warning by a thoroughly routed opponent with only one arm, that is, so it wasn’t a particularly ominous threat.
He looked as if he wanted to take a few steps over to Jessica and the holoform, but thought the better of it. “And I can’t transform now. Gonna hafta call for a pickup, or make my way home myself.” Knowing Whiplash, he’d probably at least attempt the latter. It wasn’t likely that the angry little Cybertronian would trust anyone to carry him safely home in his current state. “So you’re fine?” He narrowed his eyes skeptically at Firefly’s holoform. “Ya sure?”

Upon arrival to the scene, the holoform seized motion. Firefly had nothing else to say now, and so her holoform, with a polite nod to Jessica, carefully put her down, doing her best to make sure that she didn't cause too much discomfort in the process. With one last look up at Whiplash, and a slight huff of air, her holoform faded out as her full consciousness returned to her main form.
As it was, her wing still really, really stung, and she wiggled it slightly as her sensors tried to reorient themselves, so she could get the extent of the damage. She could probably still fly, it would just be very uncomfortable, and she'd have to pay full attention to flying instead of simply drifting along. The air wouldn't quite float over her wings the same way, and she'd likely drift a bit if she didn't pay attention. As it was, the air would also hit sensors that it normally didn't, and that would be the hard part of it.
But, for the moment, she watched, as she wiggled her wing a moment to get used to the alteration in the surface, and to make sure that everything was, for the most part, settled. Possibly a mistake, but, hey. Not like she had anything else to do.

Jessica sighed and quietly thank Firefly's holoform before she focused on Whips. She sighed and looked around, before resisting the urge to glare at Whips and berate him, and Firefly, on their stupidity. "I am fine, Whips. All she did was insure that I didn't get hurt in the fight you two had. I just did a bit of a panic, because I've had a rough day, and that was that. I am perfectly safe and unharmed, minus the cuts I got long before the fight started," she answered soothingly and without the usual cutting that she had earlier. Mostly because she was tired and sore and was really not looking forward to dragging herself anywhere.
She then sighed and resisted the urge to shoot Whips a look. "We do have a small problem, however, and that is the fact that, without a wheelchair, I have no way to get home. And you've already explained the idiocy of being seen in an area within your robot form," she added.
What went unsaid was I cannot drag myself to my home and, due to this fight, I am now stuck.
It did not need to be said.

Whiplash was indeed keenly aware of all of their circumstances. He hunkered down, occasionally casting a quick, suspicious glare in Firefly’s direction. He clearly still didn’t trust her to honor her end of the deal. “I guess I could… uhh, I dunno, how do you people get around when you need to?” He looked again to Firefly. “You could chip in, too, since you busted her ride home,” he snapped.
Whiplash put his mind to the problem. If he were in a situation like Jessica was--injured and unable to reach help on his own--he knew what would happen to him. But it was different for the girl. She had… she had a family, right? The idea dawned on him suddenly. Of course! “Is there anyone you can call? Y’know, to come and get you? You got a, uh, a thing--a phone. Right?”

With a short glare at Whiplash, Firefly spoke evenly, fairly neutrally. She did, however, direct her speech at Jessica, a snub of sorts to the youngling. Slightly immature, but she was still fairly young, too, and she had her moments. "I imagine there would be several objections to most, if not all, of my potential solutions. Flying you home is out of the question, seeing as I can't land, and I don't think calling an Autobot to come and pick you up would settle well with you're friend here. I could carry you home, but I'm not sure he'll be fine with any method I have of getting you anywhere, even if I hijacked a car and drove you manually. Unless he's willing to give me a little bit of liberty, I can't help much. I do admit to my being at fault, however I also admit to a lack of solutions in the current situation."
She didn't move much while she spoke, instead watching Jessica in a respectful manner, while keeping her sensors trained on Whiplash, taking in every minute motion. Even little movements could indicate preparation for an attack. The fight might be over, but the tension was still high, and the pressure was still enough for another fight. She didn't think it'd happen, but there was the chance, and she wanted to be ready. [/blockquote]

Jessica sighed softly. She....was really not going to like this next part. She had no doubt that it listed high on the list of stupid things she had done over her entire lifetime and she turned slightly to focus on Whiplash, briefly, and then looked back at Firefly. All right...this could go over okay. "Whiplash, I don't have my phone on me. When one leaves their home in a rage, things are usually forgotten. Like your keys, cell phone, and pepper spray. I would have forgotten my wheelchair, except I really can't go far without it. And it is a painful way to get places," she explained and then she turned to Firefly.
"However, your ideas are probably best. I need help, and I've stranded myself. Arguing, fighting, and otherwise trying to rip each other apart is going to solve nothing. And, Whiplash, you need to get that arm looked at and, unless you want to risk getting caught, following her plan is best. For everyone involved on, hopefully, enough levels that I won't be under a type of house arrest for the next month, or four," she added, though once she said Whiplash's name, turned back to face him.
It was obvious, however, that Jess was getting to the end of her rope, energy level wise. This had been a very emotional roller coaster type of day and it really hadn't gotten better.
And she had made friends with a Decepticon.
Well, it could be worse.
She could have be dead.

Whiplash gave a low growl, clearly displeased with the idea of surrendering Jessica into Firefly’s custody. Still, he reasoned with himself, Firefly would only send her holoform with the girl. There was only so much harm you could do with a holoform. But the holoform would be driving a car. There was a lot of harm you could do to a car.
“I don’t like it, but I don’t see how else you’re gonna get home,” he snapped, angry at the turn of events but helpless to do anything about it. He said nothing in regards to Jessica’s remark about his missing arm. “And I’m going to check on her later, Seeker. Make sure she’s okay. You got it? ‘Cause if she’s not…” He let his voice trail threateningly, even though it was clear that Firefly had little to fear from him.
