Firelaunch laughed at that,"You could say we're pretty much at war and well half the time something is destroyed in the process thus the pyramids and likely other things." He said before looking and listening to her."Guess your lucky to be alive then huh Vic? But yea we're not that different, small parts to help with big ones and make us function." Looking up Firelaunch heard a few humans but relaxed when they moved away then looked back at her."Though I am a bit cautious of showing myself like this considering I have avoided the factions here on earth."

"I guess ya could call it luck, or life not bein' done with givin' me hell, either or." she commented in jest before giving a small nod "A war eh? must be one hell ova war to end up on another planet, then again consiterin' how advanced you may be, I guess not too surprising. With advancement of society comes, well, advancement of weapons technology. . ." she said, giving a small sigh. A statement like that, the best thing to do was to simply let it trail off. "I can understand tryin' to keep ya head down man, hell, I got a delivery I need make, though there's no deadline except for 'sometime today' on it. . . Avoidin' factions? Don't want any parta the war I take it then? Not that I'd much blame ya there."

"Yea life has a way of being a real pain in the ass." Firelaunch said but sighed,"You could say I want no part yet i still take part in it. Made myself a double agent, sneaking into their bases, hacking their systems, and getting information. Pretty much to keep myself busy instead of completely dodging them since that isn't an option." He told her. He looked at her bike for a moment then back at Vic,"Well if your having some issues I can get you there if you need a lift. Plus I can easily bring your bike along until you can get the transmission fluid changed."He offered.

"I normally say life's a virgin cause ya can't get anything outta it, but pain in the ass works too." she said with a chuckle before tilting her head at him "Sounds like an exciting way to go about it. Heh, I'm jus' a freelancer, anything that pays and I got skills for that don't mean disrespectin' myself, I do. Get some interestin' jobs sometimes though, tell ya that much." she said pushing off from the pole she had leaned on, she seemed to thing for a moment before giving a small nod "Normally I'd be hella cautious bout acceptin' a ride from anyone, buuut, consiterin' ya trusted me not to flip out seein' ya real form, sure man, be nice consiterin', well. . ." she looked up at the clouds, the forecast said rain was likely for this area today ". . .Those clouds don't look all that friendly for a biker to be honest, jus' needa pull the package outta my saddlebag before we load 'er up then." she said before making her way towards her bike to do just that.

"Freelancer or lone wolf, do what you can to live or make a living. And from the looks of it your doing just fine." Firelaunch said before nodding looked towards the clouds, the promise of rain clear in the dark clouds. "Hm I could use the wash."He remarked before moving near and parking spot and transforming back down to the Toyota Tundra and waited for Vic but was able to use his holo-form again after conserving some energy and routing more from his weapon systems to give a hand just in case.

"Eh, doin' better than mos', good enough for now I suppose." she responded as she pulled the package from her saddle bag and locked it back up, making sure she had a firm grip on the small box. She had to chuckle a bit at his comment there however "Hell with the wax an' shine eh?" she joked at him a bit before moving to roll her bike up to his alt mode "It's bout 750 pounds of steel, not light weight like those newer models, may need a lil help gettin' 'er up there." she said, moving so she'd have a good grip on the handle bars to be able to lift it up in front, same would be needed for the back as well but at least it could fit in the bed of the truck.

"A wax sounds good." Lance laughed a bit and came over as he lowered the back end gate,"No problem. Seems heavier then what you normally see nowadays." He said getting the other side of the bike and lifting it into the back of his alternate mode. "Luckily these trucks have a big bed in the back." He said.

"Yea, the 1980 goldwings didn't mess 'round on quality of construction." she said before just pausing for a moment, holding back a snicker at his comment about the big bed "I ain't even gonna touch that comment. . ." she said, chuckling slightly as she helped to get her bike up in the bed of his alt mode. "That coupled with a wax soundin' good, yeeeeea, my mind hates me, I swear."

Lance paused a moment before realizing what she meant and laughed,"Alright wrong choice of words on my part." He admitted before getting her Goldwing into the back."Pretty sturdy bike then, more so then the newer ones." Lance commented knowing not all the newer bikes were that good, some maybe but they had their down sides. "Though i'll be trying to choose my words carefully, if I can. But with a sense of humor like your's probably not possible."He said when making sure the bike would be flying out and closed the tailgate.

"Hey, ya opened the door. . ." she said with a small chuckle before nodding "Yea, made sure of it, this bike's the only companion I got on the road, betta believe I wanted to make sure she was gonna last." once the bike was safely in place she looked to him with a smirk "Eh, I can twist bout any phrase if I'm in a snarky mood, don't mind me, I'm jus' kinda odd like that." she said before moving towards his passanger door, pulling out the piece of paper she had written the address on and holding it out to Firelaunch's holoform by reaching over his hood "That's where I needa drop the parcel off at. It's near the center of town."

Lance smiled a bit before heading to the driver side but took the piece of paper and looking at the address, using his internal computer to find the location and his holo-form nodded,"Got it.We'll be there in no time."He said handing the paper back to her across the hood before his holo-form disappeared again."Good thing for tinted windows though can't keep my holo-form up like that for too long." He grumbled as he started the engine and opened the passenger side door."Off we go then."

Vic climbed in and closed the door then, relaxing back with a small sigh "Damn, been a while since I been on more than two wheels." she said with a small chuckle before it dawned on her, she was sitting IN another living being, that had to be creepy, or weird, or wrong in some way or another, though, they did take the forms of vehicles. . .but still, INSIDE another being. Then to make it worse her mind went gutter with the whole concept and she just, simply, facepalmed "I really, really swear my mind hates me sometimes." she muttered under her breath before sitting back up properly. Well, at least he had comfy seat, she had to admit that, even if doing so make her mind's trip to the gutter into a one way.

Firelaunch closed the door and started to head off towards the locationshe had given him though barely heard her wondering if her mind had gone to the gutter again. Driving through the city Firelaunch went at semi fast speeds, probably more then he should have but he got through traffic easily enough hearing some honk or yell at him for it after."You humans sometimes seem to get mad at the weirdest things, it's kind of funny."He said to Vic just to strike up a conversation which he wasn't the best at. Though he wondered why the drivers were bothering to be angry when they did the same things. Sometimes they were just confusing creatures.

Vic shrugged slightly "Some do, some don't, least those who have half a mind don't. The trutha the matter is, 98% of humans are dumbasses who don't think farther than the tip of their dicks, they get all fussy about the smallest upsets in their delusional little lives. They couldn't survive a true upset and would likely off themselves if they had to try. But, there's a minority who are decent, who think, understand, know when to hold their temper and when they're fighting for the right reason, sadly, those types have been becoming harder and harder to find in recent years." she said before sighing slightly "My apologies, I overthink things a lot."

"Hm, no you have point."Firelaunch said as he drove further into the city,"Unfortunately not everyone exactly uses half a brain or bothers to keep themselves in check. Kind of sad really." he said stopping for a moment at a traffic light, sighing a bit."Unfortunately we can't always help that." The more Firelaunch heard and saw the more it struck him that Earth wasn't that different from his own home, or those of cybertronains. Transformers and humans truly were alike in a lot more ways then one. "But no world with life is without those who can't think beyond some...things." He said as he headed off again.
