Bloodshock had tried to ignore Newt, not wanting to stick around but when she followed him out to his alternate form he only stopped, his back to her as he listened. Turning his head slightly at her question his look almost seemed to have a dark glint to it,"Not only have I seen them Newt but I have been a man to cause many tragedies of my own throughout my life, as young as I look you wouldn't understand what I've done. Some things aren't easy to forgive and forget."He said before facing her.

Newt listened as Blake explained that he had not only seen the tragedies, but had also caused them himself. She found that hard to believe, he was such a nice person, how could he have actually caused great tragedies? She was slightly frightened by the dark glint that seemed to briefly shine in his eyes, but she knew better than that, it was just a cover for who he really was. "You don't just have to forgive and forget. You can use those memories to make yourself a better future. I see someone different in you Blake. I see someone who is capable of bringing happiness to others, you just have to choose to let yourself become that person." Even though she had just met the guy, Newt felt like she had known him for quite some time, and she could easily see beyond the dark mask of anybody, friend or recent acquaintance.

"That may be true for some Newt, but not for someone like me."Bloodshock said not quite convinced change was possible, which only one thing had changed. So far little was changing on his part and he made slow progress to show it since he was also trying to lay low that he was changing. Of course he could change and have a relapse, which was something he was always worrying about even with being with Notitia. Sighing he looked away,"Look I really need to be going alright."

Newt frowned upon him once again saying that it was easier said than done for him to change what he had done. She knew it was hard for anyone, nobody could change the decisions in the past. She looked to the ground and was sad that a friend she had just recently made was leaving practically because of a simple statement which made him think back. She couldn't believe she had managed to do it again, but maybe he wouldn't be gone forever. "I understand Blake, if you need to leave from here then you may go ahead and do so. But do you happen to have a phone number? Perhaps we could meet up again sometime and engage in some more simple conversation. I had a rather good time." She was hoping that he had some kind of a contact so she could try and meet with him again. From what she had seen, she liked the guy and would be more than willing to get to know him better if he decided to let her do so.

Pondering on the risk Bloodshock nodded as he opened the door and leaned over to the glove comparment, getting out a piece of paper and pen to write down his number. Though in truth it was his com-link number which could work the same way and after writing the seven digit number he leaned out and handed it to Newt."I do apologize for making this so short Newt but I really do have to go. There are some other things I have to take care of sticking around one place too long is risky."he apologized.

Newt was relieved that Blake was at least going to give her his phone number so that they could keep in contact. She smiled as he got into his car and began to write his phone number on the paper, while he did so she took the time to examine his car and was rather impressed. "I've gotta say, its not every day that I see another car that rival's the expensiveness of mine! This has got to be the nicest car I've seen on this side of DC!" She commented and took the piece of paper with his number on it and put it in her pocket. She began to walk around the entire car and inspected every aspect of the car, until she saw something that intrigued her. She had stumbled upon his Decepticon insignia, located near the back end of his car. She studied it for a moment before mumbling, "Strange...I've never seen this company's icon before..." She had thought it was a rather strange symbol, but maybe it was a new model of car.

Bloodshock chuckled a bit as the seventeen year old he just met now was starting to get into the make of his car, honestly he was quite fond of the alternate form he picked. Though there was once only a concept a while back he had heard there were a handful by now and that only a few were driven in the United states, least to his knowledge. But he patiently let Newt examine his sleek alternate form, thinking it would be rude to tell her to leave when she was suddenly so interested in something.
But upon hearing what she said about his insignia he reluctantly stepped out and closed his driver side door,'That's because it belong to no car dealership Newt, it's a faction symbol met for a group I'm with."He explained to her, not quite sure how to really put it and rested a hand over the symbol."You see we are two sides waging a long war, one that has been waged since before I was pr...born."He said quickly correcting himself since he about gave away who he truly was.

Wheeljack was out and about doing his own thing, and more importantly he was scoping out some possible Christmas presents for his son Jared, who was at that particular moment hanging out with Ironhide. For a big old warrior mech, Ironhide was a big soft Spark when it came to children, whether they were human children, Techno Organic Sparklings, or Cybertronian Hatchlings. Wheeljack didn't mind though, he knew that Jared was very well protected and in very good hands, even if they were rather large, black armored, scarred, and bearing heavy barrage cannons on the arms those war torn hands were attached to. The sight of the burly mech getting all squishy over a little kid made Wheeljack chuckle, glad to have a mech like him as a friend.
But as he drove through town, he picked up a signal he hoped not to find, a Decepticon energy signal. Masking his own signals as deeply as he could, he moved in carefully, not wanting to draw attention to himself or the Decepticon in the hopes he could perhaps get the other mech to leave peacefully. It was mid December, after all, and Christmas was coming up soon, a holiday of peace the humans celebrated with a feast and gifts to those they loved. As he approached, he saw a man standing next to a hot rod car, and with him was a young blonde girl. He was able to discern that the man was a holoform and the girl was human, and the white Mustang GT with cobalt blue racing stripes rolled in, attempting to be casual, pulling up near the pair. Jack, a powerfully built man with a shaved head, Wheeljack's holoform, then got out of the Mustang, looking at the other holoform with a rather stern and disapproving glare.
"I'd strongly suggest you leave the girl alone and make yourself absent from this city. Your kind aren't welcome here as it is and frankly I'd rather not end up in a fight with one of you this close to Christmas." he stated evenly, though there was an edge in his tone that said very clearly that if the Decepticon pressed the issue, Jack was plenty willing and capable of taking the Decepticon down right then and there. His eyes glanced over at the girl and he motioned for her to move away from the other car and its apparent driver. "You should head home and forget you ever met him. His kind are not to be trusted. Destruction and murder are their ways, whether it's others like you they kill for pleasure or those within their own ranks they assassinate for their power and position." he warned, hoping that it would be enough to get her to move away from the Decepticon she was far too close to for Wheeljack's comfort. The very idea of what this mech could do to her left the inventor with a horrid chill down his Asynchronous Transfer Adapter, a shiver he tried to suppress for her sake so as to hopefully not scare her. He just wanted her away from the Decepticon and the unwanted visitor to leave town.
(Asynchronous Transfer Adapter: This is the central neural cabling contained within the main structural support column (ie: the spine) that acts as a central relay through which the signals, data, and command protocols for the various systems of a Transformer's body are sent and received to be adapted for various purposes, such as sensory input, actuator and servo control, etc and is a major component of the control system. These signals are not synchronized with each other and thus it transfers many signals for various and often unrelated functions at once, and within this system are nano-cellular relays that pick up specific clusters of information and transfer them to and from secondary neural cables which lead to the system requiring or sending the information.)

Newt listened as Blake began to describe that his car was not from a typical car dealership. She was surprised at this, because the build of the car looked exactly like a Ferrari, so how was it not from a Ferrari dealership or some other place of the sort? She tilted her head in slight confusion until Blake began to describe that the symbol stood for a faction in a side of a long waged war. She frowned slightly, unhappy to see that the symbol had to remind him of such a tragedy going on in his life, "Wow, thats a long time. I guess thats probably the reason why you can't just forgive and forget." She commented and looked back to the symbol for just a moment, taking a mental snap-shot of the symbol in her head for later remembrance. She then lifted up her head as she was going to begin saying her farewells to Blake, when suddenly a newcomer arrived.
A sleek, white and cobalt blue mustang had just entered the alley where Blake and her were at. At first of course, Newt figured it was another customer to the restaurant they were both just in, so didn't pay much mind to it until all of a sudden, a tall muscular man stepped out of the car and and asked that Blake leave her alone and get gone because his kind weren't welcome there. She shook her head and looked back to Blake for a moment, "Blake, whats he talking about? Who is that guy?" She questioned, wondering just what she had gotten herself in the middle of. She glanced back over towards Jack as he motioned her to come closer towards him, she was reluctant since she had known Blake for a little bit longer than this other guy, but that was until he began to speak about what Blake truly was. Destruction? Murderers? What was this guy talking about! There was absolutely no way that Blake could be all of those things, but then she began to plug two and two together. She thought back to what Blake had told her in the restaurant, she specifically remembered him saying that he had caused many tragedies and that some things aren't easy to forgive and forget.
The blonde headed girl looked at Blake nervously, and began to listen to what Jack had said and slowly began to scoot away from Blake, beginning to think that he was only playing the nice card to make her believe he was a friend when he was going to kill her. {"How can he be a murderer? How? He was sincere about being sorry about his past. There is no way he could still be like that! I saw it in his eyes, he truly regrets things that he's done! Should I even be trusting this other guy? Maybe he's the liar! Maybe he's the murderer. Though he doesn't quite seem like the murdering type."} Newt didn't quite know if she should listen to the stranger or not, so instead back away from the both of them, and equal distance away from either one. Not sure of who to trust or who to listen to. "I'm so confused...." She muttered to herself.

Though Bloodshock had been ready to tell her a bit more someone else decided to but in, and he didn't need to know a signal just to figure out what this person was, a holo-form to a enemy. Of course with the typical Autobot accusations Bloodshock merely crossed his arms as he looked Wheeljack in the eyes,"You don't think I wouldn't be trekking here without knowing the chances of running into your kind Autobot. Last I checked I had a right to speak and make friends as well, or is that the Autobot way of watching your 'turf' because your making accusations I have done nothing of."He said calmly but sternly.
Seeing Newt scoot away made Bloodshock sigh, it had been like the last time he came across one of the Autobots, merely talking and then he was jumped by her friend, now it was in question if he had broken a long time friendship. "But yes I admit I have done my wrongs in the past, trust me they haunt me to this day and I regret them, all of it. Though I wouldn't expect you to understand Autobot, after all you see every Decepticon as nothing but what that slagger Megatron is." He said, disgusting showing at the mention of his so called leader and he looked to his insignia.
"But Newt when I said I have caused tragedies I wasn't lying, nor was I trying to do the same to you. If it's one thing I don't do is harm younglings, but what you think of me is still your own thoughts." He added as he looked at her and gave her a slight nod, indicating he held nothing towards her if she felt differently about him.

Jack's expression shifted slightly as he listened to the other man speak. He knew that some were truly evil while others seemed more trapped than anything else, forced to do things that they'd rather not do. He tilted his head slightly then as he looked at the holoform, bringing his hands to his hips. "If that were true, then why don't you just leave them? Why stay with him if it bothers you that much? You'd have to prove yourself true to your word, but Optimus is fair and would give you and others that chance. We were all Autobots once, til Megatron betrayed us all. Optimus knows and understands that, though I don't expect too many Decepticons to care." If nothing else, Wheeljack was always an eternal optimist, and with that optimism he held out hope for peace, for redemption for at least some of the Decepticons. He knew that not all of them could be saved, but he could not believe that they all were beyond saving.
He looked over at the young girl for a moment, knowing he had to earn her trust or she would not approach him. "Our leader says that freedom is everyone's right. But if someone's actions infringe upon another's rights, then they forfeit their own. No one has the right to hurt others, and those who do prove they are unworthy of the freedom they have. Self defense does not count against you, only seeking to deliberately hurt or kill others does. Thus the ones called Decepticons can never be trusted or allowed to roam free." He looked back at the other man. "But, those who are trapped, those who truly regret, they have the chance at redemption. They have to choose it on their own, no one can make that choice for you." he told the Decepticon in all seriousness. Perhaps it was a fatal flaw in him to be so optimistic, so full of hope for the salvation of a lost Spark, even if only one, but Wheeljack felt that without that hope, what was the point of living anyway?

Of course, this predicament would happen to the poor barely known blonde girl called Newt. She would have somehow managed to get herself in the middle of two sides of a war having an ultimate stare down. Each one telling their side of the story. She was officially going into over load on different information on the current topic. {"Autobot? Decepticon? What are these guys talking about! Those must me the names of the different sides of the war that Blake was speaking about earlier. According to what they've been saying, I'm getting the impression that Blake is a Decepticon, whatever the heck that is, and this other guy is an Autobot?"} She then tilted her head and looked over to Blake as he said that he did truly regret what he had done in the past, and this made her feel bad because he did seem like he wanted to change. He was also disappointed that the other guy seemed to classify him as the same as somebody named Megatron apparently. She tilted her head again and looked back to the other man as he replied, stating that someone named Optimus saw the value in freedom for everyone. She turned in Jack's direction as he continued to speak on the values of the person named Optimus, and that the Decepticons were to never be trusted at anytime what-so ever. She looked over to Blake slightly and frowned, though very happy that the other man reminded him that there was always the chance at redemption.
Newt took another step closer towards Jack and faced Blake, a stern and serious look in her eye. "He's right Blake. I may not know what the Decepticons or Autobots are, or what the whole issue is behind that war, but he has a point. If you are willing to take the chance, then you can redeem yourself. You've just got to take a leap of faith. Its like I told you earlier, You can choose to let yourself become a different person and not let others categorize you as one among the rest." She was still more than lost in the current situation, and didn't really know who to trust still. This was one of the moments where she just wished to back away slowly and leave the excitement for those who knew what was going on. Something though, was telling her that she needed to know what was going on, like it was no coincidence that she had met these two.

"Redemption isn't always that easy, but I am aware I can still get it. For me it's going to be a slow process because I would rather not raise an alarm over it with risking my hide for something that can go unseen. With Megatron paying little attention to my actions Autobot I just might be able to do so."Bloodshock said before looking at Newt,"And be able to get past the things I regret." He said as he looked back at his insignia and looked it over a few times. It really seemed to be the only thing on his frame that was faded, the remaining of his form sleek and in prime condition.
But should he let it slip to this Autobot that he was in fact involved with one of his teammates? Perhaps he would but never mention a name, Notitia was far too important to him to risk her being in trouble."If it helps at all I do care for someone on that faction, but their name I'll never tell for their safety." He said aloud to both of them, knowing this would frustrate the inventor but it was him to know and others to find out.

Jack looked over at her as she spoke, offering her a soft smile and letting his arms relax at his sides. "Newt, is it?" he asked her to confirm what the other man had called her. When she confirmed it, his smile deepened, it was a cute name and sounded almost Cybertronian to his audio receptors. He stepped towards her, but remained just out of arms reach, intending to meet her half way and let her come to him on her own.
He looked over at the Decepticon then, his smile fading as he spoke. "It's only as easy or difficult as you make it for yourself, but yes, it is just that easy. Among the Decepticons, there are no friends, only partners so long as it's mutually beneficial and they murder each other if given half a chance. Among the Autobots, we support and protect each other, we take care of each other, and we watch each other's backs. The other Decepticons would not go after you without having to deal with all of us, and that is a fight none of them want." Wheeljack thought over his mention of the Autobot he cared for, and Jack tilted his head. "Sounds to me like you have two choices then: Come with me to the Autobots and be with the one you love, or stay with the Decepticons and lose everything you care about. Life is about choices, and from where I'm standing, seems like an easy choice to me. I'll even take you there myself and be your advocate when you talk to Optimus. But, you have to make the choice to do it and I can't wait too long for you to make up your mind. Hesitate too long and you prove yourself insincere at best..."
Jack then turned to Newt and extended his hand towards her, palm up and relaxed in offering. "If you need a ride home, I can help with that and answer whatever questions you have along the way. I know you don't understand what's going on, and unfortunately he kind of dragged you into the middle of it when he decided to interact with you directly. You have the right to know the truth, if you wish it, but I'd rather get you home safe before his friends decide to crash the party and put you at risk." he offered gently. He had learned years ago that hiding the truth only caused greater harm, thus he was determined to speak the truth to Newt, no matter how she reacted to it. If she grew hostile or fearful, he would accept the consequences, though such a reaction would be like a knife in his Spark. His hope was to make a new friend, not hurt or scare her, but the other mech had spoke of their factions openly to her and he could not deny the truth, thus by stating the same faction names he confirmed only the truth. It was not that he was incapable of lying or that he didn't know how to lie or keep secrets; it was the fact that he had made a vow to himself nearly a decade ago that he would not lie about himself, nor would he withhold the truth if asked. Doing so cost him far more than he realized, and only recently learned just how much he had lost because of it.

Newt continued to listen to the conversation the two were having in silence, managing to make sense of things now that she was paying a bit more attention and attempting to piece every bit of information together. She lifted her head as Jack attempted to confirm her name and she nodded and smiled at him, "Yep, Thats what most people call me." She then turned to face Blake again as Jack spoke to him more about difference between the morals of the Autobots and the Decepticons. She had easily gotten the vibe that the Autobots were the 'good guys' and the Decepticons were the 'bad guys.' She knew just why the Decepticons were evil because it was right in their name, decepticon made Newt think of the word deception.
She looked to the ground for a moment in sadness, not entirely understanding why Blake, who seemed to be such a nice guy (with what few morals she knew), be with the Decepticons? She didn't quiet understand why. She then lifted her head up as Blake spoke of someone that he cared for on the Autobot side of the war. This perked her interest, maybe just maybe this was his slow transition to the good side of things and this made her smile. "I think that you should approach your decision however you please. If you feel it would be more helpful to just wait and take your time, then take your time and approach it whenever you feel like it. Just always remember that the offer always stands. At least, I assume it always stands, right?" She questioned as she turned to look at Jack, hoping that he would answer her question and when he did answer her question she turned to look back at Blake. "I do hope that we can perhaps meet again someday, Blake. Then maybe I can see just what you Autobots and Decepticons really are."
She turned to Jack as he offered a hand to her and asked if she needed a ride home. She shook her head and replied, "I actually have my own car to take home, but I will take you up on that offer of a ride. I do have a lot of questions to ask, my mind has gone from relaxation to curiosity mode with this unfolding situation. That is, of course, if you do not mind to have a tag along for awhile, Mr-?" She then extended her hand and placed it in his, hoping that she could finally get a name out of him.
