Wheeljack looked up at Fireflight and could not help the giddiness that came over him. He moved towards the youngest of his Aerialbot Sparklings and glanced down at Jared for a moment, then looked up at Fireflight again. "Fireflight, I... I want you to meet your little brother, Jared. I never even knew he was there until today, until Chasm found him and brought him home. He... he's my son, a Techno Organic..." he paused and closed his optics for a moment, venting softly. "His mother died some years ago, she never told me she was carrying him. I can feel him, Flight, a bond I wanted so much to share with you and your brothers..." he shook his head then and looked up at Fireflight. "He's your baby brother in every sense of the word, and he needs his family, all of us..." he told the red and white flier, hoping Fireflight would not be upset about this new development.

Fireflight leaned in to get a better look at the small form that was his younger brother, blue optics examining before a wave of excitement came over him and he stood upright. "That means I'm not the youngest anymore!" He crowed excitedly, his frame practically vibrating in enthusiasm. The excitement hid a tiny pain, howevef, as Fireflight still feared that Wheeljack might become closer to Jared than to the Aerialbots, due to Wheeljack sharing a link with him. "And....he's so.....tiny!"

Jared leaned forward as well, laughing slightly as his nose almost touched Fireflight's face. He withdrew when his brother - it felt weird to think that, but it didn't feel wrong at all - stood straight and proclaimed his new status as no longer the youngest. The comment about him being small made Jared puff out his chest and stand on his tiptoes. "I'll be taller when I'm older!" He protested with a grin. He really hoped that he made a good impression; he didn't want there to be anything wrong with the relationships that he was slowly developing with his new family. If he upset someone, he'd feel awful. But there were other 'Bots here too. That, he decided, was a lot of people to impress. He felt up to it, though. He could make his family proud. Especially his Dad.

Wheeljack chuckled in response to his two youngest. "Yes, he is small." he agreed and carefully shifted Jared to his shoulder, then looked up at Fireflight. "You were tiny once too, a long time ago. When you crawled out of your pod, I could hold you in my hands, I could hold all five of you in my arms." he reminded the young flier. "And to me, you'll always be my little ones, no matter how big you are." He looked at Jared. "All of you." he added with a smile.

Fireflight giggled, his wings nearly vibrating behind him. "He'll fit right in with us!" He replied. "And you'll always be our papa and Creator." Reminded of his concerns, he leaned down and nuzzled against Wheeljack, still worried.

Jared couldn't help but laugh softly. Fireflight was someone he hoped he'd get along well with. His older brother, though apparently not by much in sense of mind, was excitable and fun-loving, it seemed, and he'd definitely like that in a sibling. What would his other brothers be like? He was still worried that they wouldn't accept him, but the meeting with Fireflight had made him more confident, which he was grateful for. The bond between the two was close, he could see. That was a good thing in any family. Jared didn't know what he'd do if someone left him like his mother had. The brief unhappy thought was quickly pushed aside; he didn't want his father worrying about him. He'd be fine. He had a strong, happy family now, after all.

Wheeljack hugged Fireflight with one arm, his other hand cradling Jared close, safe. "We'll all be together again soon." he murmured softly, as much to reassure himself as his two sons he had with him now. For the moment, he was glad to know they were all alive and with Fireflight on Earth, he knew the other four were not far behind.
